Sitting in drive thru waiting for food n all I see is RATS huge ones running around the building, that god I just ordered a soda, my bf got food, yikes!
Update 8/13 I tried their new garlic bacon king ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ friggen amazing!!!! Minus the Mayo and lite chz , those are like lil sprinkles of garlic crack ๐คฃ! Yet my order was missing 20nuggets and that aggravated me cuz I ordered 60 n only got 40๐ now manager or Spanish lady that helped me when I called apologized and said come back thru n they will give them but thatโs not the first time either. Now if you actually read reviews bk higher ups or any fast food or food in general: IF YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR FORGETTING AN ITEM IN A ORDER AND THAT CUSTOMER HAS TO COME BACK TO GET THEIR FOOD Thatโs messed up in general. There should be a procedure at the window when picking up food where the employee has to tell you what you ordered and make sure itโs all in bag. Now if I do come back, n then return home, now my other food is ice cold and thatโs not cool. Should be a policy that whole order be remade in these situations!!!!!! Please pay better attention. Update I was in the drive-through today 10/21/2022 and the gentleman that waited on me. He was awesome. The way he answered the headset was so welcoming, he even made jokes, and made me feel comfortable like he cared about my order and I appreciate that because Iโve had a rough experiences, a Burger King lately. Not to mention, he understood when I asked for extra ketchup what that meant, I applaud you, sir, you did a great job answering the headset, and he was so kind and welcoming and professional and courteous at the drive-through when you handed me my amazingly hot french fries in my extra ketchup that I requested. I'm giving 2 stars because of the puddle you have heading out of the drive thru during rain storms/snow melting times. Seriously, how can I go to your store if there's a puddle there that could be damaging to my vehicle when I don't feel like going into the dining area? .And now thinking in the past years I remember that puddle being there. At that time I had an SUV which was higher off the ground and it didn't bother me. While I was on hold he came back to the phone only to ask if I'm still there. I said I'm waiting for the manager as you previously stated. I requested to speaker with the manager and was DENIED. The manager refused to come to the phone and the male hung up the phone. This is nothing short of rude, unprofessional and cowardice behavior. Managers are to train and manager their employees also be equipped with handling errors that the store is responsible for......such as a completely wrong order.
