I recently moved to Brockton from Louisiana. I’ve been eating “Chinese” food since I was a baby and I’m always looking to try new restaurants wherever I go. This by far is one of the best I’ve ever tried. The food is hot, made to order, and the portions are big for the price. The staff are warm and friendly. This has become my go-to spot. I’ve tried several others in Brockton and they fall flat compared to China Chef. You can’t expect every business to hit it 100%, 100% of the time. The crab Rangoon looked like severely deflated footballs. The fried shrimp consists of two jumbo shrimp pulverized and formed in two inches of undercooked bread crumbs. The china chef restaurant is the best Chinese food place in Brockton and on the south shore. To start off the staff is very friendly and will cook you any combination of foods on or off the menu! Second. Their prices are great. Third if you do go it will be the best and healthest Chinese food you ever had. It is the Bomb! Try it out you will not be disappointed.
