Facchianos Bridal and Formal Attire — Attraction in Broken Arrow

I’ve been here before for a walk in appointment and they were so kind and helpful. I went back a second time with a different lady and she was extremely rude and pushy towards my friend and I. Made rude remarks about how I’m looking at dresses too early and that I haven’t planned enough of my wedding to even be looking at my dresses. She complained about people who have a “lower” budget for being naive of pricing which was just absurd given that they are the ones purchasing a dress. She gave loads of unsolicited advice and told me to plan my wedding a certain way or it wouldn’t be good. She then said that dresses most like wouldn’t be shipped for 8 months to a year and a half because of tariffs after telling me looking at dresses right now was too early even with delayed shipping. I had no intent of buying a dress and she snapped at me for not having an appointment when I only wanted to take a peek at what they had to offer. She was ultimately just rude and really rubbed me the wrong way, I’m on the edge about going back there. I’ve seen lots of other reviews with the same opinions as mine as well.

Response to owner: Hi! Everything stated in your response is accurate as far as what was talked about. I don’t think you necessarily had any ill intent when giving advice or informing but my friend and I both felt a little thrown off after our interaction. It did feel a bit pushy and some parts seemed less like advice and more of a “here’s what you need to do” which can come off wrong within the topics of weddings. I can't say enough great things about Facchianos and the ladies who work there. I went to Facchianos first because I'd heard that not only are the dresses beautiful, the staff is amazing and makes the whole experience really special. I couldn't agree with that assessment more. I tried on dresses at Facchianos and wanted to check out what else was out there, so I made rounds all over town. I met some very helpful and lovely people and tried on some gorgeous dresses, but nothing really felt "right." I went back to Facchianos (with more perspective) and ultimately found THE dress...It was one I'd looked at on my first visit but hadn't tried for whatever reason. (So funny how that works!) My stylist made me feel so special and I could tell she was genuinely thrilled for me! I even hugged her when I bought my dress! I've since gotten to know other ladies who work there too, and I feel like they've become friends who are all genuinely excited about my wedding day. They even remember some of my friends who got their dresses at Facchianos years ago...and ask about them by name. So sweet and thoughtful. And they offer great tips, advice, and other services (like wedding day coordination, dress delivery, etc.) that other places don't.

They have dresses at many price points, which is appreciated if you're on a budget. They made me, my mom, and my friends who came with me all feel so comfortable. You never feel rushed and are always made to feel as special as any bride should. I highly recommend Facchianos to any bride looking for the perfect dress and that perfect moment when you realize...

Facchianos was the first place I originally went to try on dresses. The first dress I tried on was picked out by my husband's grandmother with the help of Robin, our consultant. Robin was so patient with my family wanting to be involved and that meant a lot to me. Let me tell you, I did not think it was possible for me to find a dress on the first day, but not only did I find it on the first day, it was also the first dress I tried on. I didn't immediately commit to it but after going to another store, no other dress could compare to the first. I called Facchianos standing outside of the second store I went to, it was 5:30PM on a Saturday, they close at 6PM. I told them that I wanted to come back and see the dress, expecting them to tell me to come back on Monday, I was shocked when they told me to go ahead and come back that night. When I arrived they had everything ready for me to put back on and after seeing the dress for the second time, I was overwhelmed with emotion. I felt beautiful in every way possible. I purchased the dress that night, along with a matching veil. Both came in quickly and their seamstress was able to alter the dress exactly how I wanted it. I was so happy with their service and what I thought was going to be a long drawn out process was made so stress free by everyone there. I can't thank Facchianos enough.
