Ashley was our server. She did an excellent job. She did such a great job, my husband said, "She's bucking for a big tip." To which I replied, "Maybe she's just a great server!" Of course he was just teasing anyway. She never messed up one thing. I asked for water with limes, and she brought limes. My husband was drinking Diet Coke and he didn't even ask for a refill yet, before she had it refilled. She checked on us frequently to make sure everything tasted great and to see if we needed anything. Ashley was courteous, friendly, and efficient. She didn't stand around & chit-chat, she was friendly enough to be courteous and do her job. When we were finished eating, I had a lot of salad left, and I had them put my dressing on the side. She asked if I wanted a to-go container & a to-go dressing before I even got it out of my mouth. She also asked my husband if he wanted a to-go drink (which he did), she brought all back within a couple minutes & a bag. So many times servers are great about bringing containers, but many times they don't think about the bag, or they forget it. Since I'm in a wheelchair, I don't like having to carry containers in my lap, especially when they leak. I always appreciate server's like Ashley who think ahead & bring the bag with the container(s). Ashley is on our list of GREAT server's. Thanks Ashley, you did an excellent job taking care of us today. (I heard another employee say you were short a manager, host, & server today), I never saw you standing around doing nothing because your restaurant was busy today. You were either with other customers, or busing tables. I'm sure you'll do great in whatever you do in life....
Read moreThis evening I ordered a kids meal with broccoli. When it arrived, I noticed the broccoli was bad. It had black and brown all over it. I asked for it to be replaced and they brought another bowl with the same black and brown all over the broccoli. So I asked for carrots, but you were out. And then my children finally received mandarins.
In regards, to my meal, I ordered a well done pretzel bacon cheese burger. When it arrived, it was still pink inside, so I asked for it to be redone. When my replacement burger came it was nowhere near the same quality of my original. It literally looked like it was put in the microwave. It was mushed and messy and looked downright nasty. The plate had avocado smeared on it and lettuce pieces, but my burger did not have that on it.
The waitress was gracious, kind, and courteous. But when I asked for the manager, he came with an attitude. He was argumentative and claimed the black and brown broccoli wasn’t bad, and he had been serving it all night. He said he was comping our meal, and wanted to be done with us. I never wanted the meal comped. I simply wanted the manger to be aware of the quality of his food. And I wanted him to be aware of a problem.
Tonight I left your restaurant hungrier than when I came in.
I’ve been going to Red Robbin for years, and I can assure you, I will never return to your restaurant again. The level of service and hostility I received was bewildering. And I will make sure everyone knows it!

Read moreTried to go in to eat on Saturday night 5/1/21. We had 3 adults & 2 kids under 5 yrs. First we were told it would be 20-25 min wait, not because they were busy but because they only had 2 waitresses. Had us sit to wait for a table & then immediately seated TWO other parties that came in at the same time but behind us. One with 4 adults & 2 teenagers & one with 6 adults??? So another girl came to the hostess podium & we questioned it, she said "I'm so sorry I'll find you a table" but the first girl came back while she was looking where to seat us & again said we needed to wait. We asked why we could not be seated like the others behind us & she again said well we only have 2 servers. I said ok did they have reservations? She said ma'am we don't take reservations so my husband said then we're confused as to why you sat the other people before us even with only 2 servers. Her answer was Sir you're just going to have to wait your turn. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! There were more empty tables than full tables & now I know why. We left & went to SMITTY'S GARAGE BURGERS. Had never been there but most definitely will go back! Awesome customer service, and the burgers are the best I've had in a while. That's saying something coming from someone who generally doesn't care for burgers at all. Anyway this RED ROBIN NEEDS SOME MAJOR ATTENTION & A NEW MANAGER IF THE ONE THEY HAVE FINDS THIS BEHAVIOR OR BUSINESS ACCEPTABLE. Just save the frustration & go somewhere else. Especially if you...
