I initially dropped off my phone for repair on March 30th, picked it up on the 31st. For the next few hours my phone was updating, however after only 3 hours the screen went out.
I dropped my phone off again on April 1st, and picked it up on April 3rd. The finger print unlock feature, the auto screen dimmer and the screen turn off when on the phone did not work.
The screen went out again on April 11th, dropped off the phone on April 15, and picked it up on the 17th. Still having issues with screen functions including the finger print scanner.
My screen went out again on April 28th, however at some point during the night started working again.
On May 17th at approximately 7:45pm I ordered some food. I was on my phone for about 35 minutes when the food arrived. I sat the phone down on the sofa and noticed that I had 12% left on the battery. After eating and watching a show, about 9pm, I picked up the phone and the screen was dark. I thought the battery died however once connected to the charger it chimed as it normally does. I turned on and off the flashlight (Moto Actions), and disconnected and reconnected the Moto-Mod battery pack and got he standard chime... The screen is out again.
Five times now, completely...
Read moreI had my phones face replacement done and picked up the phone around 1:00 and by 9:00 the face had 70% separated from the phone. On top of that when someone would call there was a garbled sound on other person's phone when they spoke. The phone worked fine prior to the cracked screen. I was accused of damaging the phone that I just had fixed. I am baffled as to why they think I would pay to have the phone fixed and then try and remove the face? I am a business owner and we have done an incredible amount of work for free when customers have had issues, even when they are completely in the wrong. Not the case here! I was treated as though I had done something wrong. I was told that the phone had been dropped causing the damage when in fact it had not been dropped. I had been a previous customer and will not be a return customer.

My 12 year old accidentally left a Iphone X on my bumper and it fell off on 131st street where it laid there for hours and getting run over multiple times before we found it hours later. It was bent and the screen was absolutely destroyed. Sent a message and the guys here quickly scheduled me an appointment to look at it. Took these guys a total of 20 mins to replace the screen and the phone still works to my surprise. First time using a place such as this, and will highly recommend them to anyone. They made a 12 year old very happy today after being heartbroken...
