I’m disgusted by the customer service I received today. My husband had purchased a $70 pedicure for me for Xmas but I couldn’t make it in for my appointment at the time he scheduled it for. So, when he called to cancel (well in advance!) they said they’d leave the credit on my account. Today, however, I finally had time to get my nails done and went in for mani/pedi. There was a note in my account as promised so I went on my way. Later in the day, though, they called and said that they actually charged that amount as a “no show” fee even though the appointment was cancelled. The person that I spoke to was so incredibly rude to me. What was supposed to be a nice and thoughtful gift from my husband was made into a horrible experience. She said that since I wasn’t there as planned they charged the full amount in December (even though it was cancelled and confirmed the credit would be in my account), especially since they couldn’t treat their “REGULAR” clients. That was the kicker—I was made to feel like I was of no importance since I’m not there every week like their “regular” clients. Plus, she said they went out of their way to do that for me then, as they don’t normally do special things like that….ummmmm what!? I have a hard time believing my husband is the only one that has called to book something for his wife. So, my husband called and paid the entire $120 from my services again, as that’s the guy he is. He said their story changed from December. After years of going here, this experience and how rude I was treated ruined it for me. I’m never going back. I suggest you don’t go here either. Go somewhere where you’re treated with kindness and, at the very least, by people that don’t lie and charge you for services you...

In the last few years, I have only had one bad manicure where polish started peeling off but I called right away and they got me in and fixed it for no charge. Una is FANTASTIC! She takes her time, checks her work, and makes sure my mani/pedi looks great every time. I hope Una never leaves!! Kiwi, the manager, is also wonderful and always so friendly. They offer complimentary beverages and allow you to bring in your own food or drink for special occasions. The prices are a little higher but the quality drives the price and so I don't mind paying a little extra. I recommend paying in cash - they have a rewards program for cash paying customers and...
Read moreI was quoted $50 by the receptionist for a full set of acrylics Friday July 28th, 2017. When it came time to pay, my manicurist said my total was $60. I asked why, and she said it was because I picked a gel polish. Nowhere did it say this in the salon and no one ever told me until my nails were finished. I begrudgingly paid and immediately left. Then on my birthday, Tuesday August 1st, my left middle nail came off, then the left index on Wednesday or Thursday. Today, Saturday, August 5th, my left ring nail came off, leaving me with three nail-less fingers barely a week after getting them done.
