My midtown Atlanta condo was flooded in June, 2023 by a burst water pipe in the condo above and I called Servpro to come to my rescue. I am so thankful I made that call. Servpro removed my contents and stored them for the past eleven months while my condo was being rebuilt and redelivered them to my condo yesterday, May 30, 2024. The pack back team was led by JT and included Helen, Egry, Amanda and Dre. They were all great. They took tremendous care with my possessions and were all very professional and kind. We had stand pipe overflow under our hardwood floors, causing damage in the main hallway, coat closet, master bedroom, and living room of our condo. I have utilized ServPro commercially in the past, but they were recommended by State Farm for remediation services for this residential issue as well.

Scheduling couldn't have been simpler, with Reggie and Tevin arriving within 24 hours. Not only were they prompt with the appointment, but they were able to assess and begin immediate remediation.
