Store #162 is awesome. Jason, store supervisor, John, Geek Squad Supervisor and Rob, sales person, went ten proverbial extra miles to please me in my recent purchase of a new computer which all but fatally crashed. Taking it back to the store nearly three months later, I never expected a new replacement computer of my choice. However, John promptly gave me the paperwork, without even my receipt, he cheerfully looked it up. Then, when the new computer, upon picking it up after uploads/downloads were performed, somehow, my old computer documents and such were not transferred. I won't bore you with the details, but I was a very unhappy camper. Long story short, it was merely miscommunication between myself and two employees. Mistakes happen in communications and lack thereof, but all those involved never once feigned their help, regret for the mistake and assistance in making me happy. I would highly recommend this store and these employees. I was difficult and they were, clearly, unfeigned in pleasing me. THANK YOU BEST...
