Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brooklyn

Final verdict: this tacobell is good now! Certainly not perfect, but not faking being closed anymore. A trusty, reliable tacobell. Which is all I wanted, old review and updates posted below to explain my frustration.

This is the worst tacobell in Cleveland, never open and the food is absolutely garbage. Go to the Broadview location. They are at least open.

UPDATE 1/9/23: Tried them out again didn't include all of thr items in my mobile order and lied about the straws being in the bag.

UPDATE 1/18/23: After another unfortunate attempt to order after 8pm failed I once again submitted a complaint to the taco bell website. This time I got a call back from the manager the next day to address the late night issue! I went back the next day at 8pm and they are now open late nights as they are supposed to be again! Apparently the late night staff has been "reorganized". My food was fresh and hot! I hope this tacobell becomes good again! Will add more stars back with consistency.

Update: 1/23/23: Very disappointed in the food and very mid service. Was greeted with a 5 items or less which is understandable I guess. If you wanted a party pack you're out of luck. Fortunately my order was under this restriction. I have to say I was extremely disappointed in my cheesy Gordian crunch. Literally had one small scoop of meat at one end of the taco the rest was all damn spicy ranch! This place has always been light on the fillings but just not putting any in? That's a first. (Photos included) Disappointed yet again.

Update 3/1/23 It seems that whoever is in charge of this taco bell finally figured out who was doing all this night time shenanigans and fired them. Recently they have been well staffed and I have seen new staff there the past few weeks. Either way the food is improving and the service is as well. Not perfect but...

This T.B. is one of the FEW I will go to in my area (kinda close to my house lol 🤣) because they are ALWAYS ON POINT, FAST, SO FRIENDLY, AND the order has NEVERRR EVERRR Been wrong!!!

I live LITERALLY 2 & 1/2-3 Mins away from the one on Lorain rd & 108th, & I will NOT EVER go there again 😑😤 They are CONSISTENTLY OUT of EVERRRY THING!!! BASIC things you NEED to make, ummm idk 🤷🏼‍♀️ Tacos 😱 They were out of lettuce, Beans, Rice, and CHEESE the one time I went! Okkkk... Then I did an online order for me & my sister, and WOULDN'T you know it, THEY did NOT have ANYTHING to actually make our order 😒 😑 I asked if they could transfer it to another T.B. & I listened as the gal at the speaker hollered back asking the Mgr. She said No, & that to get a refund (OVER $15 worth of food 😱) I would have to go on the App & request it! The Mgr NEVERR EVEN came to the speaker to talk to me herself 😞 Guess what else??? NEVER EVER got my refund smh 😕

However, THIS Brookpark Rd T.B. Is LITERALLY A-MAZ-ING & AWESOME!!! It is TRULY THE BEST ONE I've been to, & will CONTINUE going to (regardless of the drive 😉)!!!!

Got a chalupa chalupa was hard I had to break it all the way around and just eat weird the half of scoop of black beans no cheese like five pieces of lettuce two tomatoes and the littlest squirt of sour cream. That Taco cost me $519 we also got two large nacho fries they were perfect and then we got two nacho cheese dorito tacos the shells tasted like they were old they were super hard and the meat there was no meat in there a ton of lettuce no cheese then the second one little bit more meat a ton of cheese a ton of lettuce a ton of tomatoes and a ton of sour cream but we ordered them without tomatoes and sour cream cheese they got the first one with no sour cream and no tomatoes but the second one they made basically however they wanted it then we wanted to try the nuggets that worst I don't know how some can be undercooked and hard at the same time makes no sense we stopped going to this one years ago cuz it was always bad and it seems like it hasn't changed but it was right there that's what the kids wanted and my bill was $21.54 no offer of sauce no offer of napkins I'm going to put a photo of my receipt up there come on Taco Bell do better people work hard for their money $21 for three tacos and four nuggets it was supposed to be fine we got four but nobody they split one and we do the rest out it...
