Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Brooklyn

I am very disappointed in this location.  I purchased $60.00 worth ice cream this past Saturday (12/15/18).  I ordered multiple toppings.  I have since tried the ice cream I purchased only to realize that my request was not honored.  The toppings were skimpy (nearly non-existent).

This particular location is under new management.  The previous owner realized the value of a customer spending that kind of money and prepared their order accordingly.

It appears the new owner is dedicated to providing a lesser product for more money.  I used to cater to this Cold Stone location because (though expensive) I left with my purchase in hand feeling as though I truly got my monies worth.  Although traveling 45 minutes from home I felt the product was worth my time and money.

The new owners need to stop skimping when customers are paying hard earned money for their product.

Additionally; the staff should wash their hands and wear gloves in between preparing orders and ringing out orders on the cash register.

The new owners transformed what used to be a pleasant experience into a disappointment I will never experience again.

I should have read reviews before I chose them for my daughter’s special birthday party!! What a joke! I paid $90 for a cake that looked like a child drew on it and for none of the mix ins I requested. I spoke with the manager who told me he would talk to the “cake maker” and then proceeded to of course tell me he made it himself so he knows what’s in there. Well what he mentioned that “he knows HE put in there” (pie crust) was not even what I asked for! I sent the manager pictures and everything! I had to spend $55 to make the cake look presentable just to cut through it and find out it didn’t have anything I asked for. I was also told that “they are humans and the cakes don’t always look exactly like the picture” I can appreciate that to an extent but this was embarrassing!! I was told they could not comp half the price but they’d give me $20 that’s the best they could do. Do not order any special cakes from...

Ordered a birthday cake online. In the directions I wanted "Happy 21st Birthday" for our son's birthday. When I picked it up it up the cake was blank. When I told the girl who worked there she said I didn't ask for anything to be written on the cake. The receipt on top of the cake clearly says that I did. When I pointed it out she said "I'm not a cake maker and I don't write on cakes." So oh well for us, even though we spent over $30 on this tiny cake. I also added tip on there. So I tipped for absolutely nothing. These guys are extremely lazy. The manager called my husband to say sorry but offered no compensation for this error. We will not be going back there. Customer service is terrible. How they are still in business...
