Would not recommend!!! Last October 23' I talked with Zach about potentially doing an LS swap in my 13" Rubicon. We were all excited about the project but I quickly realized that maybe this project was too much for this shop to handle. After making several cash payments and receiving vague invoices and little to no communication, I started getting nervous about what was actually being done. Needless to say in April I was informed that the "outsourced" transmission was finally completed after multiple attempts to get updates from Zach. After asking repeatedly for a timeline and expected costs to complete the project I was told that I would be lucky to get my jeep in the shop for the conversion by May 24' and that they would then need it for another four months. All this being said I had to have another mechanic take over the project because obviously I wasn't ok with the project taking a year. Once someone else took over the project we found not only was the kit ordered for the wrong year of jeep, the kit was incomplete and hadn't even been looked through. This shop is mismanaged! Worst experience ever! I started as a strong supporter of this small business but there wouldn't be anything that I would ever take this shop again. Worst case of Over Committing and Under Delivering! Even after having the LS motor removed from their shop I never received one call explaining that they were disappointed they couldn't come through with the swap. There wasn't one bit of concern that the project sat with them for over 6 months and was pushed aside for other "friends" "customers" Customer service &...
Read moreI worked with Garrett and Zach to tig weld my headers and tune the engine in my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 limited that I had just built. It was a pleasure working with these guys. I am almost twice their age and have been working on cars and engines as a hobbyist for over 35 years. I'm no expert but I know a few things. These guys aren't your typical "primadonna", egotistical, know-it-all, jerk-offs you frequently find in speed shops. They are genuinely interested in helping you with your project. They listen, they are patient and they are unbelievably respectful to their clients. This is my experience here. As I said, I've been an automotive hobbyist/enthusiast for over 35 years... but I needed someone to make sense of tuning my first fuel injected, computer controlled engine system from 1998 (JTEC PCM). Garrett got me tuned in and he did everything I asked of him. He was always available and solved issues without hesitation. I've since moved away but I would actually like to work with him again on future projects if possible. I'm genuinely impressed by these guys. Great service, terrific attitudes, trustworthy, reliable and just...
