This was going to be the first restaurant I was going to walk out of. Don't be fooled about all of the decorations/aesthetics like I was. Through all of the looks... this place gives off very bad vibes. Our server was super rude. No welcoming, no smile, no name, I can keep going but, he was just very unprofessional. Asked a lot of questions and he didn't seem to care. We told him that it was our first time there and didn't know what to get and or do. I had asked if this is an all you can eat place. He replied, "yes it is". We served ourselves and started to eat our first order. Please mind that they give out very small portions. I took half for me and saved the other half for my friend. I wanted to order more. The waiter came and was questioning why I wanted more. I was going to answer but he cut me off with a very rude comment saying, "why order more if there's still food in front of you. You can't order anymore until it's all gone". Then he proceeded to walk away, talk to his coworker, and then after 20 minutes they decided to give us the other order. I lost my appetite due to how rude he was. Went around to take photos to write this review. The other worker saw me and laughed. Both servers never came over, never asked how the food was, looked at our direction and started to laugh, and never came to fill up my soup. The male coworker was very impatient and did as much as he could to make me leave. He stared at us, rubbing his eyes like he was annoyed, paced around, kept coming to our table and pacing around, and we knew he was talking smack about me and my friend. His coworker was the only person that could come to us and try to be a decent server. She did look and laugh but she was the only server that could help us out if we needed anything else. Food was ok. Any other hot pot is better than this joke of a place. Will I ever try this place out again, recommend this HOT POT to friends and family? No, I will not. Over priced, one of the worst SERVICE I ever had, food is blan, and the vibes(atmosphere) isn't there. Please change and do better. People want to eat, feel welcomed, and just enjoy the time out with friends and family. You guys make it hard to do any of those. If you want to try this HOT POT. Please don't and go anywhere else. Sorry it was long but this place is just bad. The reason why it wasn't a 1 star was because it looks really nice. Like they say, looks can...

When walking in to the restaurant I am always greeted by the friendliest staff that have the kindest smiles. They remembered my husband and I as returning customers after only a couple visits and now treat us like regulars by giving us the best customer service I have ever received. They remember our orders and always give us free samples to try new things and have new experiences. They are extremely fast and considerate about the time limit, always making sure we have meat and anything else at any time- truly the best staff I’ve seen!
After falling in love with hot pot and trying multiple locations around Denver, I can confidently say this is the best experience you will find and I hold every hot pot to the standards set by this establishment. My husband and I have our weekly date night here every week and drive 40 minutes just to go to this location.
This hot pot is similar to others in that it has a 1.5 hour time limit and costs $30 per adult, not including tax and tip, which is the same price I see at other restaurants. All of the vegetables, noodles, and fish are served buffet style in a very large refrigerator that you can self-serve at any time, which is a huge preference for me! They have a huge selection of sauces and toppings that rival every other hot pot I have visited. They also have a selection of cold appetizers with the sauce station. You will never leave hungry with all the options they provide and you will never be sitting around waiting for more food.
I highly recommend the delicious cucumber salad to start while you wait for your broth to boil and the light fried buns or ice cream to finish! The spicy broth is my favorite because it has tons of flavor but isn’t too spicy. To make it spicier, my husband will add more chili oil from the sauce counter. The meats are by far my favorite part of the experience! Everything from the vegetables, noodles, and meats are always fresh and tastes incredible.
This restaurant quickly became my favorite weekly activity. It’s a unique dining experience that allows you to have fun and try endless unique combinations. The staff always make us feel so cared for that we look forward to seeing them every week....
Read moreOmfg I can’t believe we can have such a good hotpot restaurant near my place!
Firstly they have a special price for workday lunch which pushes me to dine in. I can take it that 26 bucks for a lunch as all you can eat and they really really have a lot of options.
They also have fine custom service. My soda is always filled and the waiters come to my table like every 5 mins to make sure everything’s alright. (They have free soda for lunch btw)
How about the food? The only thing I would like to say is the food is fantastic! I can tell this is a true Chinese hotpot restaurant as a Chinese but they still have some choice for American. They serve oysters as an all you can eat restaurant! Also they have a sauce bar I was told that I can feel free to take. But trust me, it’s not just a sauce bar. There are some light snacks and some fresh fried food for self-help. Tasty!
Last but not the least. The restaurant is quite new so I really love the vibe when I dine in. They call it 5d environments which I’m not so sure but I honestly enjoy it.
Anyway, I swear I’ll come back again once I got chance! Thank god there...
