Dependably good food and service with all the standard Mexican fare you'd expect. The frozen mango margarita was the stand-out item for me. Sweet and flavorful with a spiced rim, I'd go there just for those and chips in the future. And unlike some restaurants, they don't skimp on the tequila! The deluxe enchiladas were good, though not the best I've ever had. I got one cheese and one ground beef. The ground beef was the winner by far. The seasoning on it was the perfect. My husband ordered the tacos al pastor (pork and pineapple tacos). I don't normally like pork, but his meal was the better of the two. Definitely worth a try if you like tacos with a sweet and savory combo. Prices were reasonable for the area. The service was fast and friendly. They have both booth and table options, with colorful decor. My only criticism of the experience was the temperature in the dining room was uncomfortably warm, especially since we were tucked in a corner booth by the window. I'm guessing that's an unavoidable byproduct of this July heat wave, and won't be a concern on our next visit....because we will definitely be going back!

Better than ever! I read reviews here earlier today and was impressed that the owner responded individually to each comment. We usually go to Westminster but decided to try Broomfield. No problem getting seated or service. We were surprised that the menu has changed; it is much simpler. IMO it allows the restaurant to focus on getting the fewer items made better. It definitely worked! I got the poblano relleno. I've discovered I like the softer batter and larger pepper. Combined with the green chili sauce, it was delicious! My wife got a salad. The one she ordered in the past was not on the new menu, but she liked the tapatia salad. Even though we were there at peak dining time on Friday with lots of patrons, service was excellent throughout our meal. I'm looking forward to going back to try out other things on the new menu. A couple of years ago we were lamenting the shortage of nearby Mexican restaurants. Now we have found several, all great in their own way. They are gems and it just took a little effort to find them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m not usually one to write reviews, but 3 Margaritas truly deserves it! My boyfriend and I went on Friday, and every time we have the best experience. This time, we shared some delicious fajitas and sopapillas that looked so good, I didn’t even take a picture before diving in! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentically Mexican and the atmosphere is perfect for all ages—whether you’re with kids or adults. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and our waitress, Anali, was especially kind and attentive during our last visit. She made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. If you're looking for great food, a friendly vibe, and amazing service, 3 Margaritas is the place to be! I will for sure be coming with the whole fam next time !

First off I need to say the food is not super bad tasting but it is now 5:32 am and I am up playing games because my indigestion is out of control. I got the burrito loco and it was very very good. But they must not clean there dishes with soap because only sani solution causes me to react like this. The wait staff was pretty friendly although our waiter was constantly somewhere else and made us wait 20 mins to pay but but I think he was short staffed. Or didn't care either way. So he got a 3 buck tip and I'm a good tipper. SORRY BUDDY as for the food it is really good. Other locations are better I feel although this one didn't have some mariachis playing incredibly loud so that was good. I am sick of that in local Mexican restaurants, it doesn't make me feel at home it makes me feel like some white man made this restaurant for people who just got back from Disney Land. The decor is lame and the hot sauce is awful. how hard is it to make fresh salsa that's a big turn off to me of you can't make real salsa you shouldn't be making Mexican food. All in all there is some really great Mexican dishes on the minute and many are good but if you really want good Mexican try el tapatio down the street you won't end up regretting it first thing in the morning like...

My son and I came to 3 Margaritas a couple of weeks ago and had an issue with the way the waiter seemed preoccupied with something where we felt we were rushed to finish our dinner and get the check paid. We did ask this particular waiter to speak to the manager. The manager (I wish I could remember his name) came over and apologized for the employee's behavior and said that the employees at the Broomfield, CO location consider all of their employees family and would discuss the situation with the waiter. We appreciated the concern and true caring the manager showed us. He said he had hope we would come back.

We did go back tonight and were very surprised during our visit when the waiter we had an issue with a couple of weeks before came to our table to sincerely apologize for his behavior the previous visit. Needless to say, we were really taken aback that he even would make the effort to come to talk to us and apologize. That was very unexpected. That would be very hard for anyone to do in any business setting. We highly respect him for his effort and caring.

We will continue to go to 3 Margaritas on 120th and Main in Broomfield because of the sincerity and the good quality of...
