I was given ps4 games as Christmas gifts and it was supposed to he for Xbox One. Went to gamestop to try to change them for the same games but in Xbox version and was just told no. They said they wouldn’t do it without receipt. The girl there was rude and did not offer to look at the transactions by using my phone number or with my credit card.
