Nice big bakery and eatery Very affordable sweet bread/Pan dulce i purchased like 14 pieces of bread along with a 16 ounce coffee And 6 bolio breads all for about 13 dollars and change . Coffee was alright It could have been a lot better a bakery that sells coffee needs to pride themselves on the coffee they sell for it is the morning eye opener and the all day fuel for us. The bread was a little hard But not bad in taste.

Came down to Brownsville and Bought bread from this bakery to take home, have never had an issue with the bread, it always taste good. But this weekend I purchased about $30 worth of bread and the bread was disgusting and it taste weird! Anyone had this issue lately.

Fantastic bakery, an excellent variaty and choice of mostly sweet cookies, creamfilled cakes and donats. Prices are very fair. We are visitors from Germany and this is the best bakery we found by accident on our 3 weeks trip through 5 States.

Why is this place still hiring staff that gives horrible customer service? We stopped by last night and the girl that was mopping and closing was extremely rude. I am not going to even bother in going into details but if you want to feel like you’re hated and not welcomed at a place, that your mere presence is disturbing….. then go to la Palma bakery. Idk if the girl is an owner or just someone working there but she was rude! If you want friendly service go elsewhere… my bakery of choice is áyala’s but they were closed at the...

Was disappointed with the selection and quality. Went after 5pm & it looked like the bread had been sitting all day. I would have rather had less selection and fresher bread. Plus, the attendant didn't even double check that all the doors were closed correctly & I saw a fly in a display case (I did not get any bread from that case). I ended up with only four pieces of bread & got out of there.

As far as customer service. She barely looked my way & was on a personal call throughout the whole time she was packing my bread &...

This Bakery is an ol locals favorite. It's been around longer than I have. Every morning you'd be able to smell the breads baking down the blvd! Now of course they expanded their business and it's in a new building just down the street from where they used to be. The location is nicer and with nicer upgrades comes pricier baked goods. Although breads are still just as good as they ever were... the price hike has me frequenting Sarita's Bakery & Cake Shop instead... its hard to beat Sarita's 25 cent...
