Historic Alonso Building — Attraction in Brownsville

#candlelightconcert This was a surprise event that my husband bought tickets for on Valentine's Day. The ambiance was beautiful. The musicians were very professional and did a fantastic job with the music selections. They played a variety of timeless pieces, from opera, to classical, all from different parts of the world. I had a wonderful time with my wife, the place is very nice , clean and the performance was awesome! My only two suggestions are to cover up the windows so if you go to the early 6:30 concert there is no day light coming in so we can have the full experience of the candle lights concert and to maybe have...

The building is, I guess, the star of this review, so I will nevermind the event I was there for. The building is nicely restored and pretty inside. There was plenty of room to hold the candle light concert. The building even has operating restrooms! Can you imagine that?
