This one was a DOOZY. The HDMI port in our PS5 snapped when it took a fall. We took it in, and when we booted it up after getting it back the HDMI port still wasn’t working. We were VERY worried because the owner and another worker were extremely confident that it worked. They had played a couple hours of games on it. I paid $90 upfront for them to order a new screen for my phone that was cracked. My phone was working until the new screen was put on. In order to complete the repair wanted $115 more. My husband told them off after giving him crap. They threatened to call the laws. I still had to go to TMobile to buy a new phone and get a new phone number because my phone was overheating. What a joke. Failed to tell me there was other people ahead of me and would not get done until 3pm. I have to keep my phone on me at all times because of emergency calls...

If I could give zero stars and leave review I would. Not only was I charged more than quoted and took longer, they also put my hard drive into a new phone when I just needed a screen repair. After telling what he did he tried to backtrack saying he didn't my Sim got locked out and he put my hard drive into a locked phone and I had to buy a new phone, was told I get half a refund then a full refund to drive an hour and half for them to change their mind and not refund me.
