The neighborhood for which I Live is on a Bus line (NO parking) with speeders and Scuflaws and limited parking peripheral side streets. SAFETY MEANS NOTHING IN RIVERSIDE, NOTHING, NO POLICE PRESENCE UNLESS YOU CALL 911, THERE ARE VIDEOS SHOWING SCUFLAWS RACING UP AND DOWN SKILLEN STREET, BUSSES SPEEDING CARS RACING AROUND BUSSES TAKING OUT 2 ELECTRIC POLES DOWN, 3 TREES SEVERAL SIGNS AND PROPERTY DAMAGE AND I CANT PUT A SAFE AREA FOR MY FAMILY TO PARK.

City hall is pretty but the city in general is garbage--- beware, they are hyper focused in this city about parking-- they have ticket writers everywhere like ants that lay low and hunt for people to give out tickets the moment things like alternate parking changes on its side streets or any place where parking appears to be free -- their new scam is to not put anything on your car at all but simply send you a "2nd notification" letter in the mail saying you had a parking ticket at some address 6 months ago so they can charge you double for it (plus a processing fee plus a card or ACH fee for paying it online). You can fight it - sure - but if you do you will get to pay to park in a ramp, stand in line forever, and even if you win you will still have to pay a fee. There is nothing in this city worth the drive unless you truly enjoy potholes breaking parts on your car...and in all seriousness, there are way better restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the suburbs. I personally will never go down there or spend a nickel at any of its businesses or even the arena ever again...

Hello Buffalo its me Jeffrey Mendez I have a bone to pick with the city. Now the issue for the last 2 1/2 months I've looked for an apartment because my rent went from 550 to 1100. Now that's not the problem I got the message, look at what takes place I begin to look only to find the new outline of trying to find an apartment now we can start with the check's background check credit check and criminal check plus a new additive u must make 3x the income to whatever the rent is. So if u find an apartment that's asking 900 dollars u need to be making 2700 dollars a month to move in, all of this said lower income families don't have a chance in hell to find a new place to call home. Give thanks to Mr Brown we are being left out not good. I've been at my current address for 11 year's rent always paid on time income stable and I feel I have no chance to move on n might be looking at homeless to be my next stop.
