This is an Historic Buffalo Landmark that has been allowed through neglect to become an Al Fresco Homeless Shelter. I believe that the People Who live there deserve Compassion and Housing. It's Filthy and trash strewn. Utterly Sad that this piece of the City's History is Neglected by the City Council.
