I highly recommend doing business with Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia. I worked with a very nice and understanding person named Marcela. All I can say is that she went bat for me from the start, when all other dealerships had denied me financing. My last car was in a rear end hit and run, but thanks to a Good Samaritan, who followed that car and capture the license plate/make/model, then returned to where I had pulled over and gave me the info. So grateful for that person because insurance approved my claim at 100%. However, while in the body shop it was deemed totaled. I needed another car asap because I work 30 miles from home one way. But because the insurance company hadn’t paid the finance company yet, no one would finance me until it was removed and I was hours away from losing my job without wheels. Every dealership I applied for denied me due to the loan on my credit still not removed and get a ding on my credit report. I was screwed, but after finding Auto Gallery of Georgia before telling myself it was useless to make anymore calls. I got Marcela, and she went right to work on the 2013 Ford Focus Sport Titanium I had called a about. Marcela did everything to get me financed including lowering the price to make the numbers work. In my last hour before calling work to let them know I wasn’t successful in securing a car and that it would take months before insurance could complete my loan closed and removed. No work, no money, no car, no future jobs. I still don’t think Marcela understood the scope of my situation, but she literally saved from losing everything. I’m so grateful for her making it happen and I highly recommend Auto Gallery of Georgia. There customer service in the finance deal was outstanding and Marcela is beyond amazing and she has a heart of gold.

I bought a vehicle about two months ago. Before the paperwork was completed, they allowed me to take it anywhere I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection and spend all day if I wanted to getting it looked over. Not a lot of places do that. I came back with a list of small items, not major. It took a while to get them all done, but they eventually completed the list within a week or two. That was a positive...that I was able to take it out that long. That's the major reason why they got three stars and not one. Three things I didn't like because it has cost time and money outside my purchase: -The salesperson said the process would take an hour. We even did a lot of the paperwork way before I took the vehicle out. It still took about three to four hours once I returned to the dealership on the Saturday. -They only gave me one key fob. That was fine, but once I looked into getting another key fob...I realized why they didn't mention to me the day I bought the vehicle about the missing key. When I went to a local company to order a new key fob, they discovered the key to the other fob was broken off in the key slot of the driver's side door. Shame on Auto Gallery for not mentioning that or removing the key. Why in the world would you sell a vehicle knowing that? That stuck key impacts the computer system of the vehicle and removing it took hours and more than $200 (picture attached). -When they registered my vehicle, they put DeKalb County on my paperwork and now I have a license that should say Fulton County...where I live. So that's more time and money because their system, or, someone inputed the wrong information in the system. After the dealership read this review, they wrote a feckless reply so everyone would see it. That was a month ago...and still nothing.

We worked with Jason Townsend. His service, communication, and efficiency were impeccable. Here's some specific things to note. 1. We called and spoke to Jason. We asked him about a specific car, a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. We told Jason we were coming in that day. He had the car out front and unlocked so that we could see what we came to see. Nice. 2. He worked on pricing with us without unreasonably long waiting for a response and without more than one or two iterations of back and forth. 3. He promised to have the car detailed the next day (it had just arrived on the lot) with a tank full of gas once we agreed on a price. And, that's exactly what we found when we came with the cashier's check to finalize the purchase. Again, the car was up front, ready for us, in exactly the condition promised. 4. Jason knows cars, knows the importance of family (we connected on some similarities and he was compassionate to us), and he knows pizza (he doesn't sell these, but I'd gladly grab a pie with him). Give Jason Townsend a call. If that goes well, which it should, your whole interaction should be great.

I live 1.5 hours away but I came here to purchase because they had the truck we wanted. Purchased a truck two weeks ago today and as of today, I have only been able to drive it 4 days out of the two weeks. Was told the truck was certified and we also purchased the warranty. On the 3rd day of driving it, the transmission stopped shifting. Leaving us stranded. I had to have it towed to my house. From my house the dealership had it towed to them. I got it back after 5 days and was told there was a gasket that was messed up. They made the repair and told me I’d need to take it to a ford dealership for another upgrade since they didn’t have access to said software. Truck was shifting awfully. So I take it to a dealership the next day. I pay 140$ out of pocket. Even thought it’s under warranty at auto gallery. I picked it up yesterday evening and was told to drive it 50-100 miles to reset shift patterns. Done that. Still experiencing issues and there’s been a fluid leak of what appears to be transmission fluid ever since the gasket replacement. Nightmare doesn’t begin to explain when I’ve been dealing with. I called my salesman and he didn’t answer so I followed up with an email Thursday. I would like to be reimbursed the money spent on the software update and I need some type of resolution for transportation we bought another vehicle because one was needed. Now we are in an even big predicament than we were before we made this purchase. Still no word from the salesman and I’m on day 15 of owning this junk without being able to drive it. Oh. Not to mention, we put 7k down and this vehicle was going in my wife’s name. But instead of running her info for financing, they ran her social with all of my info 3 times. Which resulted in 3 hard inquiries on my credit. Even though I was not the one purchasing this one. It’s been a nightmare to say the least. Buyer beware. Take extreme caution when making a purchase here. I will update more as the situation progresses. UPDATE- Had the truck taken to my shop, the gasket was not the correct gasket. It was cut and pieced together. My mechanic replaced it with a ford certified gasket. That stopped the leak but it’s still not shifting correctly. Completely defeated, I called auto galley and asked for a manager. I spoke to Maribel. She turned my experience around. She got me set up with a loaner vehicle and I am dropping my truck off again tomorrow for transmission repairs. She also advised that I would be reimbursed for the software update I paid out of pocket for. THAT is customer service. To be continued but Maribel has made this shituation better. Adjusting my rating...
