I was refused service after we waited 16 minutes at the drive thru because I expressed how bad his service was that we waited 16 minutes without saying sorry about the wait and didnt ask for the drink that my 5 year old daughter wants and said "you are getting apple juice" and we didnt want apple juice. We wanted fanta orange. He said "pull up." This was a teenage Hispanic server and I asked to speak with someone else and he said "no, nobody wants to talk to you and you are not getting your food today." I saw a black young server and I asked to speak with her and he said "no she is busy" and this was for my daughter and she started crying. She ignored me and walked away and another young Hispanic server came to the window and looked at me and just stood there. These were all young servers making fun of me and my child. I had to drive away to go to Wendy's to get my daughter food. I was there 3:09 and took my order at 3:25pm. I am really disappointed as we buy food from this location 2-3 times a week for our daughter and had to drive to Wendy's to get her burger meal with zero wait and awesome service. I was shocked and they mocked me, laughed, and he had the other staff making fun of me. You can review this on your video surveillance. If I treat my clients like this I will go out of commission and I will never forgive myself. We know not to go to this location and will have to drive 14 minutes to go to the other location because I will never forget the way we were treated especially for my child. He also told the customer that was behind me that I refused to move which was not true. I wanted to speak with a manager and I was told nobody wants to talk to me. his server puts me and my child's life in danger. The person behind me was waiting the same amount of time and 4 other vehicles drove away before we placed our order after waited so long at the ordering area and nobody took their order.
Update Received a call from the owner of this franchise and he was very professional and apologetic about this service. He offered us two free meals at his other location but we declined as it is not about the meals but the poor service. I will come back to this location only if there are mature professional...
Read moreI can't speak about the inside of this location but the outside was clean, I was there for lunch hour and they weren't all that busy and it still took quite a while to get my food. The guy taking my order did not read back my order to me he also did not verbally tell me my total, he basically took my order and then remained silent with no communication. Then when I get to the window to pay and get my food there was a different guy taking my payment and again there was no communication, my fruit punch drink was running all over the side of the cup so bad I had to use a hand rag in my truck to whipe the cup off first before I could reach back out the window to grab my food bag. There was no thank you or have a good day or anything of that nature, it was kind of odd the lack of communication at this location. The fries were hot and the Burger was good. The reason I give them 2 Stars is because the complete lack of communication, there was NO DRINK STRAW IN THE BAG and I didn't realize it till I'd already pulled away from the window. ( So annoying when that happens!) and how badly by drink was running all over the outside of the cup and the guy handing it to me had to of seen it and did nothing before handing it out the window to me, it was really that bad and nobody wants all that sticky in...
Read moreI feel sorry for the owners of this BK. It is clear why it is always empty. Yesterday we decided to use their drive thru. The staff was incredibly rude, tone of voice irritated, making snarky comments and at the pick up window I asked the lady if they could add some mayonnaise to the order. She didn't acknowledge the request and just turned around and walked away. She came back to the window and I asked her again about the mayonnaise and again she didn't talk but just nodded. Not once during ordering or picking up were we rude to the employees there. So, as customers wanting to spend money there, I am not sure what right is given to the employees to treat customers as if they are an inconvenience and make us feel uncomfortable. I have been inside this BK a handful of times and can verify that it always looks dirty and every time I went there the employees were more concerned about joking around with each other than attending to the customers (not that there are a lot of customers ever, the most I've seen in line was 2). The food matched the attitude of the people working there - BAD, BAD, BAD. My son's burger bun was so dry and hard.
Me not returning to this particular BK wont hurt the business, but if this is the experience of multiple people the owner might as well close their doors...
