The gentlemen they got mannning the drive through at night now is great. Turned an abysmal taco bell back into a one worth visiting.
Someone give the man a raise. Complete 180 compared to my previous experience.
Let me preface this by saying I hate complaining about fast food as I understand that we are human and we all make mistakes... I've given this location benefit of the doubt and this is the 3rd time they've failed to deliver. Please heed the warnings of these reviews and go elsewhere until these guys get their act together.
Management needs to do something about the workers, its not their fault they are not properly trained. If you come here at night, expect to wait 30+ minutes for a wrong order. And I don't mean one missing item, your whole order will be wrong. I have never been to a taco bell where they ask how many sauces you want and baja blast is consistently out. I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito, and the guys came out and told me chicken was out, but I'm pretty sure that was a tactic to buy themselves more time.

Read morethis used to be my favorite taco bell but the last couple times i’ve went here have been AWFUL :( i waited an hour (10/01) Friday night just to pick up a mobile order…we placed it on the way back from a concert in alpharetta and arrived maybe 15-20 minutes after we placed the order. i guess a car in front of us had a large order, and it seems they were trying to save their window times because the 3 cars in front of us sat at the speaker for multiple minutes each and that was before they even ordered!!! their management needs to close them earlier if they don’t have the staff to effectively work how taco bell corporate expects. they also have not given us all of our order both times. the first time we went to pick up our order someone in the drive thru said “thats the old one” because we waited 30 minutes to come pick it up (people have a life??? 30 minutes isn’t even that long) and it ended up being cold even though they aren’t supposed to make it until you get there. when we got to the window the lady who seemed like she was manager was really rude to us and very dismissive. i understand the absolute stress of working in a drive thru but please treat...

Took about 15-20minutes till we received our order but that was NOT the issue the issue was the guy named Ronny that was taking orders in the drive thru was barking orders at the crew and not helping he was very rude and disrespectful and loud and yelling at whomever in the back in front of customers I work in the food industry I know what it's like to be under pressure but I also know how to treat other people especially my crew I don't know if he was a manager or in some kind of authoritative figure for this establishment but in my opinion he needs to be gone he is not helping your business.
