Penn Jersey Seafood — Attraction in Burlington Township

This is the worst place EVER!!This is my 3rd time in a year's spand coming here,&always reminded why I hate this place!The man there is ignorant,&no respect for customers.Over the phone he was great,in person he's arrogant,&nasty!The food is always disappointing.The whiting is always breading only,&today I got the snow crab platter,&it was ice cold!!!When I asked why,he acted like I did/said something wrong,&gave me another order that was waiting for pick up,&it too was ice cold!I had touched over the food,which is how I knew it was ice cold,&I know for sure,he's going to give it to the other customer who is picking it up!!If I could I would have given absolutely not any stars!!This place's food is disgusting,&disappointing every time I come,&today was for sure the last time they get my business.Sunset Seafood is who I keep hearing about,&I hear their whiting...

Called with questions to help me decide what I wanted to buy. The gentleman whom answered was short and rushed with answering my questions. His language was misleading and I didn't get what I expected with my order. When, I called back he tried to transfer the misunderstanding to me instead of his misleading language. He serves our (black) community and this community has made him successful. Respect and patience goes with customer service and there should be no doubt in what I'm receiving with my order that I paid for, with money I work for. I won't be buying from this business again. I don't usually post reviews but in this instance I felt compelled to describe my disdain for this occurrence. I had a taste for scallops. My finance and I decided to try Penn Seafood, located in Burlington, NJ. The customer service was great. However, I cannot say the same about our food. I ordered fried scallops, first time having them this way. They were ok, they tasted like they weren't seasoned at all. My finance had the fried Whiting with fries. He said it was ok, yet I thought it tasted like the fish was almost bad or bad, as itl eft a nasty after taste in my mouth. While there, I took pictures of another customer's platters, with their permission of course. That gentleman stated the food was good. I cannot vouch for that as we did not try it.
