Paddlewheel Lounge — Restaurant in Burlington

The Hospitality that I received on a (late) Sunday afternoon was Outstanding! I'm local (per SE IA); albiet the 1st time I've been in the ol' "Paddlewheel" in 5+ years, & - She ain't "lookin ol" these days! - The Bar has the same Feel; however the back brings the "Lounge" Rhetoric out of its 'Namesake'! - It's beautiful out back back... If gathering with friends for a couple beverages of you're choice; (or), (Still) standing "TALL" are the Draft Pours (as pictured, ~$5). The same as enjoyed w/Family years back. It goes w/out saying, (as pictured), also a Great Place to "set up shop", if self employed/looking for a break from the office in nice weather, & looking to re-group (& n' be "one n' done"). With boots up @ dusk in the (privacy) fenced in patio, it's Jus' darn tuff to beat the hospitality, the folks frequenting, & local. 🤠 - Nod to Y'all, Will be Back, Love Seeing Y'all Doing So...

Great bar, great people, excellent service, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They have a fenced in back "paddio" with tables (yes you can smoke if you like), its own bar and you can play bags and don't have to worry about missing that song you just played on the jukebox because they even have speakers out there!!! Perfect place to go meet friends, have a cocktail or two, relax and have a great time!!! Ask for a Sailor Jake, really good drink, you won't be...

Been years since we've stopped in at the Paddle wheel lounge. Stopped by for a beer last night, Cheryl the sweet lady greeted me by name, I had no clue she ran it.
