Sector Sixty6 - Caguas — Attraction in Caguas

January 3, 2024 After my children spent more than 20 minutes in line at one of the VR machines (Hurricane), they were taken out because they were going to close at 8:48, when they had closed the line with 4 people BEHIND them, not before. They, being humble and minors, ignorantly left the line, not realizing the injustice that had just been committed towards them. They were supposedly closing, but they did set up the 4 people behind my children. In addition, after my husband went to talk and they told him that they were going to give my children a break, the staff in charge made gestures with their mouths and raised their voice at my husband when he went to try to talk to the staff and told him No, I think it's disrespectful how he addressed my husband. It's really a shame, since we were celebrating the birthday of one of my children there and we were having a great time, but it was disappointing that my children stopped going to claim their tickets (because the ticket office had also closed ) for standing in line and having encountered this situation. I think they should handle this situation better with employees and clients in terms of time management and not take advantage of the innocence of some juveniles, because I taught them to respect others, which is why they left without asking, but in this case, because they were educated, they came out harmed and at a disadvantage. Needless to say, our night was ruined, not only because of the injustice, but also because of the treatment of the person in charge, one of the staff was already willing to help us, after the trip we made from Arecibo. The place looks incredible and very big. But it's extremely expensive. Most of their games cost over 5 usd to play only once. Some of their shooters are set to the highest difficulty. I played 1 round of halo fire team and I got a game over in 2 hits and the enemies were going extremely faster than normal. I've played that game in other arcades. So right away I knew that wasn't normal.

Some of their machines break and steal your credits and the staff don't want to respond for it. The go karts and bowling is extremely fun. But it's very pricey. Place looks nice but very expensive. And don't play any of their cut rope prize grabber games. Somebody won the grand prize. But the staff didn't wanna give it...

The staff here were very nice and there’s definitely lots of things to do and keep everyone entertained. However, the bathrooms are messy, there’s no soap or paper towels. The breastfeeding room, I used it twice and the trash was never disposed of so I can only assume they go in there scarcely to clean it throughout the day. In terms of audio, there’s only one giant speaker near the bar so if you’re bowling, good luck trying to have some sort of conversation or exchange with your peers. They definitely need better audio distribution throughout.
