Dunham's Sports — Attraction in Caledonia Charter Township

Went in at 1:00pm to purchase a pistol. I was told I needed to wait until 1:30 when “Hunter” came in as there needed to be two people licensed to sell guns present. After waiting the 20 minutes I finally found a floor worker who told me it would be another 9 minutes. After 15 minutes passed without “Hunter” I found the manager walking around and she just held up one finger as if the mysterious “Hunter” was on his way. Another 15 minutes passes and I found the original floor worker and informed him that apparently the staff wasn’t interested in a $500 gun sale and I left the store. I realize the difficulty of getting workers with our Governor still giving out “extra” unemployment but it’s pretty clear to me why Dunham’s is closing some...

Went today to purchase a rifle. The man behind the gun counter was talking to a man for about 10 minutes while we waited. When he finally acknowledged us, he didn't seem to happy to give us the information we needed to make our decision. He then went to help a woman finish up a gun sale. He told us he would be right back and left to escort her out of the store with her purchase. NOTE: his attitude and demeanor with her was completely different than the one with us. We waited for 20 minutes, then finally decided to leave. As we were exiting, he was at the front of the store helping other people. We intended to purchase an $800 rifle. We'll now take our business elsewhere. The worst customer service we've received in...
