Doc Harris Stadium — Attraction in Camas

Ok people if you think of the old days when you would see the stadium packed with parents and kids supporting there local high school and you miss that environment come to a camas high school game but get there early like a hour before or you wont get a seat. Not only is this a very good team( state champs 4a) but the band at half time is just as good( travels nation wide and plays). There is no draw back to coming to the game except one and that is if you belong to the other team due to camas crushing teams. Its not unusual to have a 40 point diffrence. But as good as camas is the crowd isnt obnoxious about crushing the other team which makes it even more enjoyable . I ended up driving into the wrong side of the stadium and had to exit and drive around the block to get in..but wait, the parking lot was full and I had to park on the street anyway. It was a small game, I wonder what parking is like when a big game is on. Great stadium for youth football. It makes the kids feel like they're playing professional football. The parents and family are all comfortable sitting in the stands and watching their kids play or cheer or run or whatever they're participating in.
