It's alright. If I am to be perfectly honest, I was actually sort of surprised at the caliber of food, given the reviews. But, I think that speaks more to our area not being accustomed to genuine Thai food, more than it does the quality of the restaurant. Now, I am not generally one to bash a place for frugality, so I will try to state list as pleasantly as I can: they put ketchup in the pad Thai. Don't get me wrong, I understand it is a move that many do to save time and money, but tomatoes don't taste like tamarind, and it doesn't pan out for people who know what pad Thai ought to taste like. It was such a turn off, that actually I couldn't finish my meal. However, the fresh salad rolls were very tasty and while they didn't have all of the ingredients I'm accustomed to, we still enjoyed them, immensely. The peanut sauce that came with them was from a jar; and not a high quality one either. But, the chili sauce was very good and went well with it. The seafood that came with the pad Thai my boyfriend got was good quality and fresh, so there's that, as well. However, the Thai tea was astonishingly sweet, and conversely very weak in tea strength; I couldn't finish that, either. All in all, I can't honestly recommend this place totally, given what a disappointment it was. However, this was only my first time, and I do plan to return to taste some of other dishes before I make up my mind. They have some original fish dishes on the menu that I am hoping will be a better choice next time.

The restaurant is lovely. I went there at 12:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I was concerned about the lunch rush, but as you can see from the pictures, the restaurant was empty. I love Thai food. I usually test three dishes at any given restaurant, to rate their food: pad thai, pad kee mao, and green curry. They had a special for $8: chicken pad thai, with chicken curry (red curry) and rice, and a shrimp spring roll. That's what I ended up ordering, along with some chicken satai. The pad thai was...weird. I don't know how to describe it. The noodles were very saucy, with a more mac 'n cheese consistency. There was too much fish sauce, which kind of overwhelmed everything else. The chicken in the pad thai was very flavorful. Unfortunately, the pad thai itself want as good. The red curry was ok, as were the spring rolls. They were nothing to write home about, but not terrible. The chicken satai... The only opposite things to report is that it was grilled chicken. It tastes as I've would expect chicken chief on a grill should taste, which is to day NOTHING like chicken satai. There were no spices, no flavoring, and the peanut sauce that can with it wasn't much good either. It can AFTER my meal was served.... Because? He says something about it still cooking. So the appetizer to longer to cook than my main course? Anyway...I took the pad kee mao and green curry to go. I DOUBT that they'll be so stellar add to change my mind about this place. I don't think I'll be retuning.

If you really want to know more about this place open your dictionary and look up the word delicious; I'm sure there is something about Camas Thai Cuisine there. If not, you need a better dictionary. We had number 2 Salad roll, ' a great start to our feast, number 3 Chicken Satay = mouth watering, the cucumber salad and peanut sauce that comes with it could be a dish by itself 'it was my wife's favorite' Number 10. wonton soup, number 32 chicken noodle soup perfect for the cold wet winter weather number 28. Pad Thai with chicken=happy guy or gal, I have not had it so good in many year. The house special number 58 Thai Chow Mein wow this dish is so scrumptious the smell alone starts your mouth watering so much you might want to were a life vest. The staff were polite, kind & communicated about the time on our take out order perfectly well. The restaurant's atmosphere was charming with a personal touch. We will be back soon. And then again & again & again ;) This is the opinion of my family & I, if yours is different I can respect it but obviously your judgement is off ;) If you like Thai cuisine then you know what I mean when I say it's so good P.S. sorry there would be more pictures if it didn't smell & look so good
