I was excited to see some experimental films and finally go to the Harvard film archive for the first time since moving to Boston 14 years ago, but completely disappointed by how absolutely rude the employees who worked there was. The guy who took our tickets was visibly annoyed we arrived right at the time, and just was outwardly rude to us. And as we struggled to find seating, we were yelled at if we were coming or going.
