The customer service is horrible. Lady at counter hate her job and this reflects in her attitude towards customer. Half of the items in this store do not have price label and it's always a surprise during billing. But this time we bought Mangoes that were priced 2.29$ lb ,but on bill they charged 4.49$ per lb. I went to the car and noticed it in bill ,came back to store with in 5 minutes. I went to counter and showed bill to lady . Well ,I was expecting something like - I am sorry sir ,let me fix this in your bill . But she said - sorry sir we do not return fresh produce . Seriously- first you charging me more money for mango and on top of it ,I can not return these . This is classic - broad day light robbery.Costco we can get organic 6 Mangos for 6 $ and here 1 manago for 5 $ .The uncle behind me in line who overheard this conversation said something in Gujarati to that lady and she quietly did the return .But ,I would not recommend this place to anyone .they always have some of these gimmicks in billing to loot you .Make sure you double check price and groceries you bought. I always check the "Sell by " date on a product , but other day we missed to check the dates of a particular item. After consuming the food we started feeling all sorts stomach issues. I am glad it was not severe. I cheeked the date of the product and it was 2 months after its "Sell By" date. I wish I had saved the receipt but I did not. I did call the store to inform them. The first reaction from the lady who spoke to me after listening to my complaint, was " We cant refund you if you do not have the receipt" . The total came out to over $100 asked the rude and slow cashier if I should swipe my debit card or EBT first since I had food and non-food items. He told me debit and I used debit. I assumed I was only paying with debit for my non-food items little did I know he made me pay for the ENTIRE thing on my debit.
