I AmEricas Flags — Attraction in Canton

Let me start off by saying I love this company. My Wife ordered me a flag from a different company it cost around 25 dollars with shipping. I first got the wrong one and after about 15 emails they still haven't refunded her money or anything. Now on to the second try. My wife is like the queen of googling things she found IAmEricasFlags out of Texas. Before ordering after are trouble with the other company. I placed a call to see if I got a person Low and behold I not only got a person but the owner. I explained why I was calling and asked if the Flags I wanted were in stock. He said they were but he only had a few left. So I placed an order online right away. I ordered a Rebel Battle Flag, A Mississippi State Flag, And I was most wanting a Rebel flag with the quote " American by birth Southern by the grace of God". About a week later I got my flags. Sad part is the flag I wanted the most I didn't receive. So I called the number on the web site and once again I got the owner. He explain that sometime humans make mistakes and I told him I have worked in picking and packing so I know that. The man was willing to not only refund my money but let me keep the flag I got by mistake and also offered to send me the American by birth southern by the grace of God flag when he got a new shipment in, I told him a refund wasn't necessary but I would like the flag I ordered cause it was the one I wanted the most out of all of them. NOW COME THE THING THAT I LIKED THE MOST. While I know that this man is most likely busy like most business owners in about 10 minutes he not only located the flag I ordered but called me back personally. To let me know he would be sending it out that day. Well Today I got it in the mail. More people should be like this owner when it comes to costumer service. I was very pleased at not only the way he handled it but also how quickly it was handled. So per my review I would not only recommended I have told all my buddies if they want a good quality flag be it a southern heritage flag or something else to get in touch with Eric at IAmEricasFlags. Overall I would have given them 5 stars. However not knowing the difference between two different type materials, we received 3 really nice military garden flags and 3 not very nice nylon military flags. However after seeing pictures of the two different type materials of the garden flags the owner did offer to replace the much small nylon military flags with the nicer material flags. However he wouldn't take the nylon flags back without the original packaging which we didn't have nor would he just simply send us the 3 replacement flags in the nicer material so we were at an impass. Therefore we just purchased the 3 flags to replace the inferer nylon flags plus purchased another different flag to add to our new 25 foot flag pole display with all the branches of service displayed around the new flag pole and American and POW flags. We also ordered 7 garden flag pokes total. They were nice and arrived as described on the website. Ordered myself a flag online from this store. The layout on line was helpful and the prices are good. There was a problem though, and I'll admit that half the problem was my own fault. I am use to ordering things on Amazon and I normally just pick the basic shipping. Problem is I live in Canada, and thus the free shipping option won't work as it costs money to ship from the USA to Canada. That was my fault. After a couple of weeks with no report on my order I sent them an email. They got back to me right away explaining what was wrong and that they where very sorry for not contacting me sooner! Needless to say we got it resolved and a week later my flag showed up with a hand written "Thank you" On the package. I am so glad I could support this Texan business and I will be ordering a Texas state flag from them soon. Thank you...
