BES Supply has an absolutely outstanding staff that is more than friendly. Friendly does not even describe how they operate. Friendly is an understatement as this is by far one of the nicest companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Becky, is absolutely amazing and is my main point of contact and I could not be more thankful to work directly with her. I am a wholesale supplier for face shields and during these times of trial, Becky and her team have been nothing short of a blessing to work with as they are understanding and realistic to the world we live in today. As a Director of wholesale myself, I do understand how stressful times are and again I cannot boost them up enough. If they had 10 star reviews I would click all 10. I went in to handle a return for my brother and was beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received. Upon walking through the door, I was greeted by multiple employees and immediately asked if I needed help. I spoke with Amber about an issue my brother had with his purchase. She was amazing! Positive attitude, showed genuine concern for my problem, asked if she could have a couple of days to look into it, and she followed through. Becky called me early next week and said my issue was resolved and I could pick it up whenever. I highly recommend this store and praise them for the level of customer service I received. Additionally, the store is clean, organized, and very well stocked with a huge tool variety. They deserve your business! Huge thank you to Amber and Becky! I appreciate...

I would give it a 5 star rating but this store has the same problem as just about any other supply store in the area and the problem is simple.. most of the workers out here "local" and people from "out of town" work at least 6 days a week and don't get off till 5pm "the same time they close" I could only imagine how much more business they would get if they was open till 6pm or even 7pm. Other wise I'll just keep driving by as y'all...
