Encinitas Custom Upholstery — Attraction in Carlsbad

I made an appointment a week in advance and brought my car in to replace a seat cushion. The owner told me it would be ready the next day at 10am. I came at 11:40am to pick up the car and the owner told me they haven’t even started the work.

He said they got busy and they need another day. I explained to him that I was also busy and I needed the car. He said best he can do is 4:30pm.

I thought about not leaving this review but I did so for 2 reasons:

No one even attempted to contact me and let me know there would be delays The owner put it to me “matter of factly” and at no point did he apologize for the delay or say sorry. He just said this is what it is, take it a leave it.
