Jamba — Restaurant in Carlsbad

This WAS one of the worst Jamba Juice locations, but they have gotten significantly better. There are two ladies that have been working there almost every time I've gone lately, and they have vastly improved the smoothies, oatmeal, and most importantly the customer service! They not only make better smoothies and oatmeal than they used to, but they also remind you to try it to make sure it's just right, they ALWAYS address you by your name, and they frequently tell you to have a great day (and they say it in a genuine way, like they actually mean it, not like they're placating you, as if they were trained to say it but don't really care). Next time I go I'll have to write their names down so I can add them...

I absolutely love this Jamba Juice location! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles and incredible service. Mo, the manager, is a gem! She’s the friendliest, most outgoing, and kindest person you could ever meet. Mo goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued and leaves with not just a great smoothie but a great experience.

The staff here is fantastic, and you can tell Mo leads by example with her positive attitude and attention to detail. The store is always clean, service is quick, and the smoothies are consistently delicious. If you’re looking for a great Jamba Juice experience, Palomar Commons is the place to go!

If you order online and want to pick it up, you need to remember what you ordered exactly for them to look it up. They can't find your order by your first/last name or by order number. If I come into the store and stand in front of the pick up order area, there is no need to ask what menu item to get started on making. Also, perhaps due to the pandemic, the staff has a short fuse on certain days. If you don't remember what you ordered they have said 'we have 12 bowls in the fridge, you need to remember what you ordered'. If you happen to mention 'acai bowl', that isn't adequate or specific enough. It has to be the specific name shown...
