I stayed at this Hampton inn a week or two ago. And spent maybe 1300 dollars and everything was great. I came back again a week later and I got a room next to people who were so loud It sounded like they were right next to me in the room. From night to the next morning...blah blah loud loud. I needed a new room as the walls are too thin!!!!! I then tried another room and it smells like old socks. I asked to try a third room and it too smells like old socks but I decided to take it. Then there was a huge noise I discovered was a plane across the street and it reverberated my inner ear and was ongoing and I felt dizzy. As I cannot handle loud noises and came to this hotel to find peace to write documents to save children's lives and work for God for an organization trying to rescue children who are autistic harmed from water poisons now in California tap water that is equivalent to nerve agents. And I do inner communion work for God so I need peace to be able to commune with God and get vital info. So now I can't stay in the third room and went to the woman at the front desk and now she's not happy to help me. She recommends I leave the hotel room even after I explain to her that I spent over a thousand this past month at the hotel and was fine. I am a recurring hiltons hotel visitor over the past 6 months I've probably spent several thousand at Hilton. And I need a quiet peaceful room that has no noise and no smell of old socks. So she told me that maybe I should leave the hotel despite the fact I was smiling and kind and very easy going. She was not treating me with respect and lied to me that the other rooms were taken despite the fact there are stickers outside the rooms showing they are empty all over the hallways. She said they were all taken and she lied to me and was not hospitable and wanted me to leave the hotel despite the thousands I spent at Hilton over the years and I was not even angry, and was very kind and happy but needed to have a quiet room with no smells. I'm on my fourth room and it still has an old sock smell. And it's better then the noise so I'll stay today but I'll find another hotel tomorrow and in the future. I recommend a different smell for the cleaning products that does not smell funky. Good thing I have nice smelling perfume to liven up the room. And therefore, when this world aligns to God there will always be compassion and the knowing that someone just needs to have peace and quiet. And there should never be anger towards the person in need. Maybe when this world aligns the way Jesus recommended and in the future those on the path higher will be in a world that resembles the way God would wish with compassion. As I find this lack of compassion all over now, at the greatest levels over the past years. And the minds of the people are being overrun with the toxic nerve agents that are now in all water ways due to criminals. And therefore, eventually when it's removed then the people hopefully will feel the higher path that leads to compassion and kindness in the way Buddha spoke of, as well as Jesus, whom I both honor. Amen....

BUT, and it's kinda a big but(t)... restrooms inside the 1st floor rooms have HORRIBLE plumbing!! I would say you're guaranteed 2 flushes to get number 1 down... after that you gotta call for help to unclog.
It'll take multiple times of calling Guest Service to send someone, so be prepared to wait a while. Don't worry though, the restrooms on the 1st floor cooridor work though.
Be warned though, when the help arrives to unclog the toilet, they come prepared with BLUE gloves donned, and swing the door latch lock to prevent the door from closing fully, with their blue gloved hand. Plunge the toilet, with the blue gloves on, flush the toilet with their blue gloved hand a few times, and all is good. Walk out of the restroom closing the restroom door with their blue gloves... that were just used to hold onto the plunger. Upon leaving, open the door and swing the door latch lock back to the open position with the same blue glove that was used to hold the plunger, and close the door, grasping the handle with the same blue glove hand.
When it's time for the next trip to the potty (#1 again), the toilet presents the same symptoms which caused the 1st call to Guest Service. And, the cycle repeats again.
I guess I don't learn from my experiences though, as I keep staying here numerous times throughout the year due to my child's sports schedule.
But, after all this, the breakfast is included.
Oh, BTW, one of the EMERGENCY EXIT doors (GREEN illuminated sign above door) has a printed paper sign taped to it, saying the door doesn't work due to maintenance.
I know there's currently no fires in the area, but as California recently had fires that destroyed multiple structures, and took the lives of many due to obstructed paths of egress.... a PAPER SIGN probably isn't going to be read if/when an evacuation...

The included breakfast was fantastic every day, with plenty of different options & a different menu each day. Definitely the best hotel breakfast I have had in very long time!
So we Stayed in room 226, this is a mobility accessible room. That was furnished with all the necessities, comfortable beds, accessibility shower, and good size TV, microwave and refrigerator. We had an issue with the refrigerator, however Chris was very nice & did his best to fix it quickly. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. It's worth noting that the wifi here was actually good & the room did have a port for direct wired connection, something I had to use for my XBOX-SERIES-X. Speeds vary depending on connection method and internet plan selection between 25mbps for both upload and download to over 200mbps for both upload and download. Definitely stay here if you need good internet.
Now the best part, Breakfast! Firstly, it's from 6am to 10am, I love the extended hours perfect for that day after the convention. Secondly, the variety of both hot and cold food was impressive, something for everyone even some picky like myself. Each day had a different menu including different waffle flavors (never seen that before).
*Room for improvement section: These are all minor things but would be nice upgrades and functional. For mobility rooms have an adjustable holder for the shower head, as short people can't reach it. Secondly, install a sound bar under or above the TV, at least in a joining rooms. This would change & most likely eliminate the issue of folks saying a TV is too loud.
In closing everything was great and what was an issue was fixed as best as possible. Hopefully I can stay here next year and update this review. Till then...
