Daniel was our salesperson and he did an INCREDIBLE job just presenting the approach of pool building, the process, the motivation behind using certain material, the quality standards and the options available to us when building a pool. At every step, we didn't feel like a pushy sales rep was on the other side, rather a forthright person who was giving us the benefits of each option, why an option wouldn't give us as much as we thought, so we could end up with a configuration that worked for our family. We also had a pretty strong budget limit, and Daniel really worked with us to stay within that limit and was upfront about any upcoming promotions so we could take advantage of it. We interviewed 5 companies and Premier pools was just MUCH ahead in terms of the information shared, the upfront pricing, the ability to switch some options for others etc., Another BIG plus with Daniel's approach was he was TOP of the permits as soon as we signed the contract. We noticed multiple neighbors' projects sitting due to delayed permits while ours breezed through. KUDOS to Daniel and PPAS for being proactive and just SO supportive every step of the way.

Once a contract is signed, Premier pools then assigned a dedicated project manager for the construction. Ryan was ours and the experience with Ryan was TOP notch! He immediately set up a communication channel where all the updates for each step would be provided proactively, we always knew the next payment due, the next deliverable and we would have the crew on site with NO follow ups or chasing. Things just moved SO smoothly. Ours was a new build so we had multiple instances where our landscape and pool team managers had to coordinate and Ryan ensured the communication channels were clear and upfront. We had some unexpected developments with a community pipe running through the pool, Ryan and Daniel figured the solution, provided us with an upfront cost, and worked with the landscape manager to enable the fix with no hassles for us.

Overall, I would like to highlight that Premier pools is an EXPERT in the pool business. They have people to schedule and move each step of the way with very little delays, they've figured a smooth, well-oiled and extremely efficient process and they have HIGH quality standards. I've dreamt of having a pool since I was 7 years old and Premier made my dream a reality with ease! I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE HOW SMOOOTH THE PROCESS WENT for these reasons: service, materials, teamwork.

Service: NICK (our sales rep) IS THE BOMB. He was patient and kind througout the whole process because at first we were very scared to take on such a large project. I mean, we hemed and hawed for weeks and he stuck with us never pressuring us but always available when we had questions. He addressed our fears and made adjustments to the design as we went. He is a great listener and met with us whatever time worked best even if it was early mornings, weekends or evenings. He was beyond accomidating and is truly the real reason we were brave and jumped in. He made it feel safe, doable, inspiring, and fun.

Materials: Premier only useses a particular pump - the best pump on the market. Their showroom in Carlsbad had a super helpful materials expert that works with you and the sales rep to meet your needs. All along the way, our friend who does wholesale pool materials said that Premier was offering the best materials.

Teamwork: One special thing that we noticed is that all of the subs (diggers, shotcrete, and concrete/paver companies) all seemed like they enjoyed working together and with Premier. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be outside working together. Every sub also worked their tails off. Not one team slacked or seemed to be lagging. This told me that Premier has great relationships with each sub and that says a lot about how Premier leads the process.

If I ever own another home and need a pool, Premier will be who we use.
