Tacos Oasis — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Pretty sure this is a family business. We got the cheese quesadilla and pineapple taco with a jarritos. Everything was top notch. The green salsa was some of the best I've had. The red salsa was some of the best I've had. The chipotle mayo was some of the best I've had. The quesadilla was the perfect size. The taco was loaded. Everything tasted amazing. The quesadilla was only 5$. The taco was like 3$. It was so cheap. You simply will not find a more nutritious, filling, and better tasting meal at this price point. Would like them to expand in LA. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area, even if I'm not going to the outlets.

Oh, also, so many selections of sauces; we chose 3 but they have 6 with an additional 3 hot sauces. The service was pretty much as good as you could get. Everybody was so nice and accommodating. The food came out fast as well. I would give this place 10 stars if it was on a 10...

After hours of wandering through the Carlsbad Flower Fields, we were absolutely famished. While scrolling for nearby spots, we stumbled upon this stand tucked into the middle of an outlet mall. Admittedly, we were skeptical—how good could a food stand in a shopping center really be? But the glowing reviews piqued our curiosity. Turns out, they weren’t wrong. First off, plenty of seating and impressively fast prep time—quicker than most dine-in restaurants we’ve visited. But the real standout? The woman at the counter. Total gem. Genuinely one of the kindest, most attentive people I’ve encountered in the service industry. Our order hit a minor hiccup, but they resolved it immediately, no fuss. And the food? Generous portions, packed with bold, authentic flavor. You can taste the love in every bite—and see it in how they treat their customers. Now I fully understand the rave reviews. This place...

Man...where do I begin. Let's start with Thursday lunch. The menu is simple and easy. We ordered an array of items for our family... Some chicken tacos, some carne asada tacos, a chorizo burrito, some rice and beans and a chicken quesadilla a carne asada quesadilla. I know that's a lot. But we were hungry. 😉 Anyway, the food came out quick and hot. We were given some yummy salsa options (another plus). The food was 🔥. So so good.... everything was delicious. 😋 And not only was the food great but the service was amazing. He asked if our food could be photographed for a promo, which we said yes to.
