Flat gravel trail for easy walk that crosses over Tolt river. There are a couple of different spots to access Tolt river from here. The water is shallow enough in the summers for kids to wade into. There's a couple of ropes hanging under the bridge that you can swing into the water with as well. The trail is also good for cycling. The area with the bridge over the river borders Remlinger farms and the train tracks there have a train ride that is active during the summers, so be careful with kids and don't let them play near tracks.

This course is very flat. I've made flat pancakes before, but this one takes the cake. Get it? Lotta trees to get around, helping me practice different throws. First round got kinda lost, but then got the hang of basket/pads. Not muddy, but wish there were some elevation changes.

Great place to access the SVT. Gotta get there early to get good parking and there are rubbish bins just hanging out. Pretty small picnic area and no extraordinary views until you go down the trail.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nick Loutsis Park with my family for a memorable picnic, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! This hidden gem tucked away in nature's embrace is a true haven for families seeking a perfect day outdoors.

The park boasts a charming ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. As you step onto the well-maintained grounds, you'll be greeted by an array of spacious, shaded benches that are tailor-made for relaxation. Our family enjoyed a leisurely picnic lunch under the protective canopy of trees, savoring every bite in the tranquil atmosphere.

What truly sets Nick Loutsis Park apart is its thoughtful design catering to all ages. For the little ones, the abundance of trees provided an irresistible playground, allowing them to explore, imagine, and play freely. The giggles and laughter of children swinging from the sturdy branches and engaging in imaginative games echoed throughout the park, creating an enchanting atmosphere of pure joy.

Moreover, if you're a nature enthusiast, you'll be thrilled to discover a nearby trail that's perfect for a leisurely stroll. We took a scenic walk along the trail, immersing ourselves in the beauty of the surrounding foliage and the soothing sounds of nature. It was a rejuvenating experience that truly allowed us to connect with the outdoors.

The park's meticulous upkeep is evident everywhere you look, from the neatly trimmed lawns to the well-defined walking paths. The dedication of the park staff to maintaining such high standards deserves a special mention, as it greatly contributes to the overall appeal of the space.

Whether you're planning a serene family picnic, a playdate for the kids, or simply seeking a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, Nick Loutsis Park is the perfect destination. With its shaded benches, a delightful playground of trees for the young adventurers, and a nearby trail for those seeking a nature-filled experience, this park offers something for everyone. It has undoubtedly earned its place as our go-to spot for quality family time, and we can't wait to visit again soon.

In sum, if you're searching for a family-friendly haven where picnics are transformed into cherished memories and children's laughter fills the air, look no further than Nick Loutsis Park. It's a slice of paradise that promises an unforgettable day amidst nature's beauty.

I came here for a round of disc golf last week and the layout is pretty neat, one of the first throwing pads is smack dab in the middle of the nearby Snoqualmie valley trailhead which you should only play when there's less bikes and people around you as youd be standing in the middle of the gravel path. But the only big thing the course needs is hole number markings...
