The Smoothie Shack — Restaurant in Carnation

Great use of this space. I love the outside pick up window. However, I was standing at the counter for some time before anyone acknowledged me. A line was forming behind me and I was still waiting to order. Finally, they mentioned that I needed to order on the small ipad attached under the bar. Now I was standing in front of a "register" situation with a full size ipad on a stand. I'm a little bit old... but this was not an obvious ordering situation. I know they were busy... but they could turn their head to say hi and see that I understood how to order. We ordered 2 smoothies, and they were very low sugar (which I love) however we noticed they were also very low flavor. maybe too much Ice? I don't know, but the fruit flavor was not really there. While driving the backroads stumbled upon this cute smoothie shack. Entering i was greeted by an employee and waited for my order.

Smoothie: I got the Acai smoothie. Perfect consistency and taste Sweet/Little tart.

Food: Beef dip sandwich was superb. Great amount of protein hot and tasty along with the jus dip.

Staff: Friendly and helpful.

Def recommend for a quick stop by for a refresher. Will come back soon !

Bomus: Plenty parking out back and spacious area behind lounge area. This place can really handle any size party so dont worry...

We went on opening day in Carnation. The line was out the door. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. We had bubble tea. It's great to have another local option for that. I had the beef dip sandwich with au jus which was delicious. I'll be back to try more of their many hot sandwich and soup options. And of course, the smoothies! The Smoothie Shack is a wonderful addition to the community. I look forward to...
