My boyfriend and I wanted to get the due date of our baby that passed away. We both got two small dates and the tattoo artist who barely spent 45 minutes tattooing the both of us charged us both for an hour totaling $250 for two tiny tattoos. Not only that, the stencil was put on in error and I asked before he began if he could fix it or do over. He swore he could fix it and proceeded. He did not fix it, I pointed it out and he said it was just because it was fresh and would heal. He mentioned it was expensive, but at least any touch ups we needed within 3 months was free. Today, weeks before the three month mark I called the shop and a rude male answered “tattoo” and after I informed why I was calling he said I only had 30 days. I told him what I was informed and he told me “that guy is new, he doesn’t know protocol” He told me my best bet was to come in and talk to that person, so I then asked for the name. He stated he didn’t know who I was talking about. I mentioned the huge colored flower tattoo the man had that would clearly distinguish who this person was, but the man still refused to help or give a name. Expecting me to drive 30 minutes to their shop hoping whoever it was happens to be there the day I go. Worst tattoo ever! Worst shop ever! Worst prices EVER! At first I swallowed the price due to the gracious touch up time and figured there was some level of customer satisfaction they upheld themselves to. But, this shop is not worth it, do not waste your money...

Got my knuckles and my girls ankle done here the other day. We loved it. He really knew what he was doing and talking about. He worked with us well on the art, was gentle, and had great customer service and prices. We really enjoyed ourselves here. We felt as if we weren't just customers here and actually got to know our artist and that he cared about us and our art and not just to get paid. We had a great time. Definitely found the shop we will be going back to for our future tattoos.

My sisters, mom, and I wanted to get matching tattoos as a birthday festive. At 60 my mom got her first tattoo. Natty did her tattoo & he was so patient, kind, and answered any and all questions we had. 10/10 would recommend him. She is already talking about her second tattoo. The shop owner Nick? (sorry I only remember natty’s name cause natural light) was very understanding, patience, and funny.
