Carol Stream Park District — Attraction in Carol Stream

In comparison to other park districts in the area, the youth sports department needs help in all areas. It appears that no effort is put into any fields unless it is related to baseball. Even then, it appears the club teams run the diamonds as I am sure there are fees associated with that. A once affordable program for many families to provide an organized fitness opprotunity to their children seems to be out of reach.Time and effort are not being put into maintaining practice fields and equipment at this organization. Im trying to understand where the soccer registration fees are going because it is certainly not to maintain equipment or the dirt surfaced practice fields. My family will not be attending any further sports activities at this...

We took our Grandchildren to McCauslin Prk to use the Splash Pad. The temperature was well into the Nineties on a Monday in June. The Splash pad much to our Dismay was closed. School is out for Summer this facility should be available for the Children everyday. We also were very disappointed with the trash strewn about the playground area all the receptacles were overflowing with trash blowing the wind to scatter it everywhere. There was a gentleman in a Park District truck present but said it wasn't his job to pick up trash. We have been residents of Carol Stream for more than 30 years. With the amount of our taxes going the Parks makes this unacceptable. Very Disappointed and Embarrassed by this. Please...

Today is a the first day of summer camp and my son had to go here. I can't express how stressful and bad experience was for us. They give me a wrong address to where I had to drop off my son.The ladie on the phone was laughing instead of helping.I believe it the employee at fountain view that answered the phone since it was 8am in morning.I spend 40 mins turning around, I was late to work.It turns out that I just had to drop him off to the center since it's for before school and no one told me that.
