My family and I have been a repeated customer for many, many years and we NEVER once had a bad meal!! The food is very delicious, you can taste the freshness from the different vegetables, the levels of spiciness is good (upoon request) since I love spicy food, the dishes are plated nicely for dine in (take out, the containers are full), the noodle dishes are amazing as well as their Panang Curry & Red Snapper and the staff are very kind and welcoming. This is my 3rd time eating at CK Pad Thai and was by far the biggest disappointment this time around. Food wise is always delicious, so let's set that aside. What I'm referring to is the mentality/service. We had a business lunch 7 of us and since everyone ordered from the lunch menu, I ordered a salad as that was what I was craving for. Everyone was served with a soup and a couple of pot sticks except me as I was kept informed that I ordered a salad and that it wasn't included. Who cares? I ordered a Basil Fried Rice with Chicken and a Spicy Beef Fried Rice. What I got was two chicken Thai fried rice. I like the food however this is a theme with takeout where the order is completely wrong. If I wasn't already home about to eat I would have taken them both back and asked for them to redo the order. For a place that isn't busy ever it's hard to do forgive them for this. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant and there was only 1 other order for pickup.
