JUST 4 FUN PLAZA CAROLINA — Attraction in Carolina

I found out about this place by searching in Google. The website indicates daily specials. Today was half off. The website also indicates that for $14.99 plus IVU you get unlimited time on any day of the week. Once I got there I asked for the daily special and the employee told me that they didn't had any. I let her know that sales are advertised on their website and she said that was pre-pandemic. I proceed to ask for the unlimited entry then and she said they don't have unlimited. I asked what were their prices and it was $12.99 for 2 hours. Not bad at all but I don't like the false advertisement. The place needs some serious upkeep and upgrade. A lot of stuff were dirty or broken. The coloring area (markers are all dry), game room (all games are out of service), the octopus advertised on the website as an attraction wasn't working. Employee was rude and even to buy things had to wait until she finished with her phone. Most of the time she was nowhere to be found because she was on the back organizing stuff. Our Wednesday visit to this kids' play place was a budget-friendly delight. The cost was remarkably fair, with half-price entry and a bonus – the first adult entry was free, and the second only cost $2. This alone made the experience family-friendly and accessible.

The main attraction, of course, was the joyous chaos of children having a blast. Our own kid was in their element, and it was heartening to see other youngsters sharing the same enthusiasm.

While a couple of installations showed signs of wear and tear, the abundance of other activities overshadowed any minor drawbacks. The broken elements weren't a significant concern as there was an array of alternatives to keep the kids entertained.

En cuanto a cumpleaños NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

El 1 de marzo de 2024, festeje el primer añito de mi bebé aquí, con la ilusión de tener un lindo recuerdo y lo que me llevé fue la peor experiencia de la vida.

Comenzando porque cuando llegue la decoración no estaba preparada en lo absoluto, cabe recalcar que me exigieron que la llevara junto a la lista de invitados con dos días de anticipación para que el día de la fiesta llegué faltando 20 minutos para comenzar y que no haya absolutamente nada, mis invitados llegaron y aún se estaba decorando. Cuando la gerente “terminó” con la decoración que incluía el contrato me dijo ahí está la decoración que te incluía el contrato dejando unas torres de bombas que ni en buenas condiciones estaban unas estaban vacías y hasta explotadas había y la decoración que me exigieron con dos días de anticipación la tuve que colocar yo junto a mis invitados. Segundo debes consumirles absolutamente todo a ellos, por ende uno espera que lo que te ofrecen sea calidad, pues no fue mi caso las jarras de refresco, ambas sin absolutamente nada de soda. Y la nota detonante es que La gerente FANNY O. La cual “dirigió” el evento es una ARROGANTE, SIN ÉTICA NI PROFESIONALISMO. Su trato fue pésimo, desde principio a fin no logro entender como una persona con tal actitud trabaja y es gerente de este lugar. La misma le llamo la atención a su única empleada por pasar al salón a colocarnos las pulseras a mí y a mis invitados, ya que en el momento de entrar la chica no tenía conocimiento de que el cumpleaños se celebraba ese día por ende no tenía ni la lista de invitados a su alcancé en el momento en que llegamos, RECALCÓ de esta chica no tengo quejas ninguna, ella, por el contrario, de su “gerente” fue bien amable, sin tener necesidad de hacerlo se disculpó conmigo por el mal trato y la arrogancia de su gerente e intento hacerme sentir cómoda a mí y a mis invitados en todo lo que estuvo a su alcance, ya que no le permitían moverse de la entrada.
