Panda Express — Restaurant in Carolina

All the workers of the place are really rude with the customers, asked for something, but answered with an attitude. We arrived and moved a chair from an empty table because we were missing one and an employee approached us with an attitude because "there is a sign that say that we can't move the chairs from other tables". We had just arrived and when we were going to order THATS WHEN WE NOTICED THE SIGN. It's the only place and sign in the whole restaurant! When we order the food there wasn't all of the options like always. She was preparing another order and we got confused because we thought she was doing one of ours wrong and told her but again...with an attitude she told us that it was another order. And the food wasn't even that hot. This is the worst...

Worst service experience ever. Everything I ask the lady said it cant be done. They have new rules. I understand you have to follow rules but everything I was asking they said It cant be done that I have to order separately. When I told them to give it separate they fill just the have if the small container and told me that was the portion and cant be filled. After all I left because not even the manager wanted to help. I was traveling with Papi, (Pepe) and we stopped in to get some food to go. About 11:45am, I immediately noticed that there wasn't alot of staff and thought uh-oh, but Natalia, was very polite, calm and handled papis order, my order, managed to cash people out and greet the arriving guests. Jonathan started cooking and never once looked flustered and handled the kitchen with such professionalism!! Hands down..these 2 alone swept the floor with the people that...
