Carolina, PR I was looking for a specific Pandora charms from Puerto Rico. And the only store that was available that I can get to was in Carolina. The only Puerto Rico charms that they had were from a basketball team. And I had nothing against that, but I wasn’t familiar with the team so I didn’t get the charm. So I asked what they had that would be something representing the island. And the lady that waited on us, she was very nice. She showed me a palm tree, a turtle and a frog which is a coqui representing the island. So I got three of those, one for me , one for my daughter and one for my sister. We got there just in time before closing. We had like maybe five or 10 minutes. But they were so nice and helpful and really took care of me. I greatly appreciate it. I do recommend the store. It’s inside a mall and so there’s plenty of parking outside. It’s located on the first level. And easy to find. We went in through the cinema door so as you walk in, you see the cinema straight ahead you turn to your left there’s a directory and it was several doors down, so it was very easy to find which I’m glad about because I was so tired and didn’t feel like walking. It was an exhausting day And we were flying home the next day so I really had no time to buy the charms other...

The ring on the right side was bought on May 21st, 2 days afterwards it turned different colors. went back to returned it and was told they couldnt do it. They are not selling what they advertise nor taking responsibility for this. This felt like my money was stolen since they couldnt amend the situation.". Customer service was awful as well. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION

La sortija a mano derecha fue comprada en mayo 21, 2 dias despues me puso el dedo verde. y estaba cambiando de color. fui a devolverla literlmanete 2 dias despues y me dijeron que ellos no ivan a aceptar ese devuelto que fue algun quimico. Primero que todo, no toque ningun quimico y segundo cual es el material verdadero que este estableciemnto esta vendiendo? esto es mas un engano. servicio al cliente horrible, casi un robo de dinero ya que no quisieron enmendar...

Horrible pase por la tienda a realizar una compra porque quería unas sortijas fue el 10/20/2020 y desde que me pare en la entrada me dijeron sin al menos un Buenos días que para poder entrar tienes que saber que quieres porque no se permite entrar a mirar. Le dije que sabía pero la verdad quería ver también la tienda que había nuevo. Nada ese no es el caso cuando estoy adentro prácticamente no me querían atender estaban bochinchando de la clienta anterior por su físico y burlándose. Que experiencia fatal la verdad horrible esas niñas no tiene nada de servicio al cliente ni de empatía.

Compre porque ya sabía lo que quería y pues mi modo pero la vdd deberían limpiar...
