YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldn't. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindy's assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and I'm very particular). The work is flawless. Now I'm looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! Thank you Cindy's Fine Jewelry...

I ask the lady that work there to show me a bracelet and she had an attitude then I asked the price and she weight it and told me was $1700 I asked what is the weight she said can't tell me unless I buy it, how can I buy it if I don't know the details? She was rude and...

Took in my gold bracelet to get fixed. It had bended a few times, and it cracked where my name is. Took it in before it brakes in half. Jose did a fantastic job on soldering it together . Highly recommend...
