Hi would love to start that my first appt was amazing great customer service etc. We ordered my daughter's quinceañera dress no issues. Came back to pick out a dama dress for our court no issue. Picked out a dress for them not a great experience but not a bad one.

Issues happened once our ladies came in to try on dresses. Most parents texted that the sales person wasn't helpful. They felt rushed during appt and that they didn't want to help with alterations. 5 out of 7 parents complained. I was so embarrassed that I picked this store for the dresses. Parents are paying for the dresses and they weren't happy with the customer service.

I went in to pick my daughter dress ... beautiful by the way but also felt uncomfortable when asking about alterations... so I decided to just leave and get my own alterations done.

Wish the sales group had more patience when dealing with 15 year old girls and parents. These dresses are NOT free we're coming in paying full prices and we deserve good customer service I shouldn't feel rushed or like I'm bothing you.

We bought my daughter's 15 dress here, the day she tried it on everything was great, once the dress was delivered and we picked it up it went awful.

The dress didn't fit, feel or look as the one she tried and ordered. We expressed this to the attendant, she was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Basically said take it or leave it but no refunds or exchanges.

I reached out to the manager and he indicated his staff said the dress looked different because we did not get the petticoat and that we refused to try it on. We did have her try it on with and without the petticoat but it just did not look the same either way as it did the day we ordered it. I do not understand why the staff would lie about that.

You can get the same dresses either online or at other dress shops with better customer service. When I'm spending close to 1K on a dress with no extras, I expect at minimum some respect and no rude faces when my daughter is on the verge of crying because she...

When I first bought the dress (November 2022) the experience was great with the young women who attended us. They ordered the wrong size dress. And I had to pay for tailoring because the dress was too big. They didn’t do the tailoring correctly. They tailored my dress 4 times! And by the 4th time the dress was deformed and one of the cups fell out. I asked for a refund or a replacement and they said no. So I just left with my deformed dress and one of the cups in my hand. They didn’t didn’t care! The following week I dropped off my dress and told them to give me a refund or a replacement. Till this day they haven’t called on what they decided to do on fixing my dress situation and it’s march 2023. I don’t recommend getting your dress ordered from them or their tailoring!
