I always come to this place because their food is good but what I saw today made me think ..so I ordered the flautas plate and when I got to the window and after I pay my order I saw the girl who takes orders and payments with cash and cards and probably handles the phone calls she grabbed the flautas with her hands right after she took my payment I mean really is that the way they handle the food plus she was pressing the flautas down with her hands so they can fit in that thing they use to to get the flautas inside the oil I mean Maybe any bacteria will get kill with the boiling oil but that's not the proper way to handle the food and even if they are short handed that's not an excuse. The person who Handles the money can't touch the food directly there is kitchen tools or you need to wash your hands a thousand times a day or don't handle the food period now I'm wondering how long she is been doing that and how often. We understand you guys are short handed but I will prefer to wait than get sick because you are not handling the...
Read moreOkay. Changed the score on this one from4 stars to 2. Flautas were probably the worst I have ever tasted. No flavor, greasy, and even had bones in them over 4 inches long. I asked for no refried beans, they put a lot of refried beans in the box and placed all of the flautas in them. The lettuce garnish for the guac was on its way to the slime farm...I also waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. They seem to be getting slower and slower. I paid over $9 for this? Salsas were too hot (even the mild one) and the amount of jalapenos on everything was a bit too much for me. Always leave this place needing heartburn medication, but it clears the sinuses too. They serve real sodas in glass bottles, and they have desserts. They call out the numbers in Spanish here. So keep a watch on the counter if you don't speak Spanish. Not going back after nearly choking on a small bone. Sorry to say this cause I used to love this place,...
Read moreFood is great. I got the quesadillas today and they were oh so yummy. The price for just quesadillas and a bottle coke and their added fee came out to $17. It’s pretty pricey since you get no sides, except so lettuce and tomatoes. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that if you pay with your credit/debit card they charge you a fee. It’s not much at all. I don’t like nor understand businesses who do that. Coming from someone who also has a SMALL business I don’t charge my clients a fee for using their credit card. Why? Because all businesses get to write off those charges on their taxes. It’s tax deductible! Yes they have a small sign by the register to tell you they are charging fees but that’s...
