I don't do this often but, suddenly, all the low reviews for your restaurant make sense. I come to this Subway because it's the most conveniently located to my home. I ordered a head online. I arrived at the location 20min later, go inside, pick up my order- no hiccups. I get home...hiccup.
I ordered 2 of the sweet onion subs, but I ordered them with different builds. When I get home, both subs were built exactly the same. 1 had ingredients I didn't want, and was missing ingredients. The other was ordered with extra protein that wasn't on the sandwich. I took them back to the restaurant to be remade and everything went wrong from there.
I gave both sandwiches back to the employee (Yamera). She never looked at the sandwiches; instead she immediately begin to argue with me that they were made correctly. Why would I be back if they were? She refused to remake the sandwiches. She even refused to add the missing ingredients to the 1 sub. She was not helpful at all. I chose to leave instead of arguing with her. As I'm leaving, she says to me "thank you for letting me make it right." She made nothing right.
No manager was present, so there was no one else to talk to. This was overall frustrating. You only have 2 jobs; to make the orders right and provide good customer service. This team...
Read moreI ordered a sandwich from this store through DoorDash. When I received my sandwich it was not at all what I ordered. Even the receipt that came with it had the wrong sandwich on it. I called DoorDash thinking it was an issue with the restaurant to figure out which store it was so I could go there and get it fixed (luckily I was just being lazy when I ordered and had time to drive there). When I arrived at the store and explained the situation the girls working were super confused. Apparently door dash does not transmit your order to the actual store and the dasher has to actually follow the order on the app and have the store make your sandwich when they arrive. So it was my dasher completely who screwed up the order - not the store, they made the sandwich as they were told. The reason for the review is because the girls at the store handled it great! They made me a brand new sandwich free of charge with no fuss. I wish I got the girls name, but thank you for fixing something that wasn't your problem to begin with. Now, to contact...
Read moreDrove up there and they said we only take cash rn. So I went home, got cash, came back and began ordering food. Whilst making my subs I asked "how long has the wifi been out", they were like "all day, started at lunch", I replied "man, must've been a rough day", then they said "well, yea, had one guy that had a coupon but since our systems down we can't do coupons either"... I reach in my pocket to pull out the coupon I was gonna use and was like, "omg, really!?". They were already putting on the toppings at this point so I was kinda stuck. Only had a hundred dollar bill that I went back home to get and guess what, they proceeded to say "we can't break hundreds, my manager got mad when I broke one the other day"... they have only been taking cash ALL DAY!! Luckily the lady in front of me had change. This was my experience, do with that what you will. Not sure how much longer this location will be around with service like that.
