Don't really know what they're doing. Took my computer in multiple times for an issue with it crashing and each time was given the "Buy a new part and lets see if it fixes it" additude. I trusted their knowledge and followed their instruction and ended up spending close to $2000 in parts and labor (some parts I purchased privetly and some through them) One of the times I picked up my computer and the tech let me know he had to reinstall some parts because the previous tech installed them wrong (fans and cooling system)Still having the same issue and still told the same thing.. they recomended a part I should buy and hope it fixes the issue. Only reason I don't 1 star is due to one of the techs being very friendly and sypathetic for my situation. Do better...
(Update for response) If it was built incorrectly then wouldn't that be something you should have made me aware of when you first looked at my computer? And when you installed the part I brought you you installed them incorrectly that had to be fixed by another tech. Your recommendations were limited to buy/replace something and you had no real idea what was wrong or what fixes it. If your incompetent or incapable of doing something maybe you should have told me that.
My system was assembled professionally and was only replaced with components you installed. If something was wrong then make me aware and offer solutions instead of send me home with a failing product that your solution was "buy/replace" I was even asked if my sytem could be tested with your produict to make sure that was the problem and was to you had nothing "on that level" so why would I purchase anything from you?
The parts I bought were purchased from reputable companies and were reputable brands. Again if something was not designed or recommended maybe you should tell your customer that. Instead of just doing what they ask when they come to you for help. If you couldn't even install fans correctly then how could I trust to buy anything else from you or your word that other things were installed or falty.
I did buy the fans from you (that you installed wrong) I purchased new parts based off your recomendation to fix the issue. So yes you should be held partially responsable for the money I spend becasue you recomend it. You're suppose to be the expert and you made me feel (and you told me) that you don't know how to...
Read moreI called to check on the price to repair a Samsung Note 8 screen for my Granddaughter. I had checked with quite a few other places but this place was by far the most honest. It would be so expensive that he said & I quote “ I don’t work on those b/c it is so expensive to repair & if I repaired it for you & you found out that you could buy another cheaper than what it cost to pay me , then you would be mad at me. “. Not many people that are independently owned or even a “ chain store “ are this honest. Most want to sell/ fix whatever you need done regardless so they can make money. If they are this honest over the phone I’m sure they are honest in person with whatever your needs might be. I WILL DEFINITELY call them in the future for any other electronic needs...
Read moreI had done a custom PC build and took it in hoping like hell that this place would be able to fix it. I dropped it off at 9 am, worried, and he had the problem figured out by 12, and fixed by 1. The guy that works there was absolutely awesome, and I cannot recommend this shop enough! He took time to explain what happened to me, and we then talked for a bit about computers. He even warned me about potential problems with my PSU and installed some software I could use to keep track of it, which may have saved me a trip back in the long run. Do keep in mind that there is a charge for troubleshooting custom builds where there isn't with store bought PC's, but it's small and 100% worth it. This shop will be my go-to...
